Wonderful gynecologist and welcoming staff! I felt comfortable and at ease with my visit, and when I was worried I was reassured! I don’t mind the wait times, if it means I’m going to receive quality care. Thank you Dr. Aurora and staff for the excellent care!!

This place is the absolute WORST.. on a scheduled appointment you are waiting for 2 hours plus to be seen. Even if u get a appointment first thing in the morning. If you get any tests done like x-rays, ultrasounds and Etc they want you to come in for the results. ( which u will be waiting 2+ hours to see a Dr for the results) This is the 3rd attempt in trying to get my test results and I have been waiting here for a hour and 20 min in the Dr room in the back. I spoke to the lady at the front desk asking if it was possible for the Dr to just call me since it was just results and she said that they don't do phone calls for results. Last time my appointment was at 3. At 3:45 I had asked the lady at the front desk how much longer it was going to be she said she didn't know, then another girl walked up and said well we're on time today. She asked me when was my appointment I told her 3:00 she made the comment, "oh well it's only 3:45 so it shouldn't be long." I sat back down and waited for another 20 minutes. I ended up leaving not telling them I left. At 5:55 they call me saying that I was next to be seen. So I told the girl that I left and they rescheduled me. Here I am today. Waiting on my results and I been in the backroom for almost 2 hours and no Dr has came to tell me my results. This will be my last visit. I'm finding another OBGYN. This is ridiculous.

The guy doctor is the best everyone else not so great. Communication is horrible from the front desk lady’s to the doctors. Front desk lady is beyond rude like she has to wait 2 hours for a scheduled appointment not Okkay. Do better and you guys will get better. wait time is 2 hours if there’s anywhere else people can go I’d recommend it. Doctor is great. Front desk lady needs to be removed or respectfully checked or fired.

Absolutely horrible wait times. I came back to this office after 5 years. They were amazing with my first pregnancy I thought it would be the same care. The staff is friendly and doctor is great but be warned if you are coming here LONG WAIT TIMES!

I don't typically mind long wait times, but having an appointment at 1445 and not being seen until almost 1700 is absolutely ridiculous.

The staff was very sweet and informative with whatever questions I had. We had to bother the receptionist quite a bit with the antics my toddler was pulling, but she was patient the entire time.

The doctor hardly listened, and talked over me a lot. He'd ask one question, and I would be halfway through an answer when he would ask another one. He was incredibly annoyed I had my daughter with me, and rudely asked my husband to take her out of the room when my husband couldn't calm her immediately after she was mad about something. I can understand not wanting a child in the exam room, but the NP who came and did the pelvic exam before the doctor came in was super sweet and didn't even mind that she was a tad loud. A heads up would have been nice so I could have been prepared to not have my husband in the room with me.

I drove nearly 2 hours on the recommendation of my small town GYN NP who wasn't able to help the way she wanted to. She praised specifically Dr. Vijay Arora and how much he helped family members of her. He knew about my small town hospital, and told me that the bloodwork he wants me to do can't go through my hospital but either Quest or LabCorp just because he felt that there was "too much paper" that came with the results.

Even though he started talking about the surgery I do want, I wouldn't trust him to perform it. If he doesn't listen during the clinic visit, how could I trust that he would listen if something went wrong post op?

Truly disappointed in everything, the staff is unaware of the options available. The office is disgusting and unpleasant in multiple ways; it is way too hot, overcrowded, and outdated. The wait times are egregious, having the appointment go past an hour since scheduled for a at most 15-minute procedure. Not to mention needing to reschedule since the doctor is off-site and planned not returning.

I do not like bad reviews but I must be honest… this office plays musical chairs with their patients.. double booking ? More like triple booking! No patient deserves to have to wait this many hours to be seen!!! Plan to be here all day! Or at least a few hours

The nurses are super nice which made the visit enjoyable and the office is a disaster you’re never out before 2 hours after your appointment time. It’s ridiculous. And you would expect your OB to be there while you are having the baby and I was never told that he actually doesn’t come to the hospital when you are delivering, his daughter came the next day to get me discharged. After having the baby I followed up like usual and 5mo the post partum I’ve had quite if bit of appointments to tell me the same thing each time and always requesting blood work after I’ve done it a month prior to get the same results. It’s ridiculous and such a waste of time
