I’m so happy to let everyone know about the great service that I have received from Dr Halper and Celeste her assistant.
Whatever I need be it referral or paperwork to be done it’s done quickly and efficiently. Celeste has a great personality and if I am feeling down she brings me up with her smile and laughter.
I’m so happy that I have gotten to know them and no longer dread Doctor appointments.

I am writing to express my concern regarding my experience with the receptionist on February 11th at approximately 4:00 PM. She was an older woman with gray hair, though I did not get her name. Unfortunately, she was not welcoming and directed me to the call center rather than assisting me with my request.

When I contacted the call center, I was informed that I COULD handle this matter in person, which contradicted what I was initially told in person . Additionally, the receptionist’s demeanor was unprofessional, as she displayed a dismissive attitude. I found this experience frustrating and unacceptable, as I expected better assistance and clarity on the proper procedure. I’m a new client just trying to provide you information to be seen here. Call center helped me with new customer chart but rethinking all of this I hope that this receptionist doesn’t make me change my decisions. My next appointment should be coming up and I already do not feel welcomed.

Well, it all starts walking thru doors of "CITRUS VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER" in Corona California. The very first thing you see is the check in desk my bad forgot here name all I know is she is a sweetheart who recently had "TRIPLETS". Always a smile and kind. Then, a warm-hearted Dr's. assistant named Janet calls out my name Douglas. To me the Douglas could be shorten to DOUG right Janet? 😆 . Moving forward, as I walk through the second door it you look to the right another kindhearted woman named Debbie. This woman makes myself and other patience comfortable with her greeting in fact I always put two dozen "SURGERLIS" 🍩 on her desk for the staff. Then after the weigh in, and blood pressure, and oxygen intake also the fever check I am directed to my room to wait for my favorite Dr. William Pollack which we will come to that later. Janet askes me in which is a "HIGH STANDARD PROTOCOL" questions like so your here for your lab results and other matters. I missed something as approaching towards my Dr's room we have an ANGEL'S fan also with a smile. In fact, let's include the whole floor. Outstanding nurse's, the whole staff. Then, it's time to greet my Dr. William Pollack. Indeed, a professional, spirited Dr because his goal is to advice people and explain of the matters of their health. Little bragging here Dr. William Pollack influenced me to lose 142 pds. And that is the truth. Thank you, Dr. Pollack. Coming to the conclusion of this gratitude to all on the floor, I find myself feeling so good walking back out those doors. The reason? The kindhearted staff at "CITRUS VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER " they truly deserve a pat one on the back that is a positive thought with the smile they gave me

Patient care is a 10++! From the front office check-in to the complete doctor and doctor’s assistant interactions… I always feel like my concerns are heard and valued, time is optimized and thorough conversations always include complete well-being care plans. P.A. Bill Pollock and his assistant Janet have the BEST bedside manner and are always focused on how to better serve their patient.
