I’ve been looking for a new primary care doctor and I finally found one. Modele primary care facility and its staff are wonderful. I absolutely love how Dr.Moqattash cares about his patients. From the start I was treated with dignity and respect but most of all the compassion that he has for patients. From the very first visit doctor ordered all my tests and now I’m getting treatment. I feel so happy to have found two great doctors ❤️

Positive experience so far. I am new to the high desert and wanted a different doctor. I was assigned Doctor Moqqatash by my health insurance. It took me some time to go visit, but i finally went and it wasnt long to get an appointment. He was thorough and friendly. His medical staff are kind and helpful too! I am not used to the personal care hospitals would give. I was instructed on next steps and was provided reasons why I should. The visit wasnt anything serious, just a check up. Payment options are either cash or zelle. This facility also plans to have aesthetic services. So, if you're into that, check them out!

Dr. M and his staff were absolutely amazing, the quickest I've ever been seen and the best care I've ever had. I felt heard and the labs he ordered were sent over the same day. His front desk lady and PA made my entire day and I am actually looking forward to going back and seeing them again!

I was having the worst day but as soon as I walked in and was greeted by Maggie all my troubles and worries went away. Maggie made my day, better yet she made my year! Can’t wait to come back to see Maggie!
