Update: I regret transferring my care here. It’s hard to get appointments. There’s bureaucratic process gate keeping simple tasks like medical paperwork…

Meeting with ROM was a waste of time and money.

There is no CARE in this system. He was passive aggressive and failed to throughly inquiry about my symptoms and what I was experiencing.

They are trained to prescribed medicine and don’t know what else to do.

It’s frustrating but also sad

This day I showed up at the emergency room around 11am because of a problem with my knee that is preventing me from moving properly. In order to get care I had to pay in advance despite having my insurance up to date. Well, I didn't see any problem so I paid to get the care. Once the doctor determined that I needed x-rays of my knee, she told me that after the x-rays I should go and they would contact me. At 3pm I called because I didn't get a call from the doctor or a medical prescription. They told me that they were going to send a message to the doctor so she could call me back, but she never did. I called again at 5:45pm and to my surprise they told me that they couldn't do anything because it was already closed and they hung up on me. My frustration at this moment is quite a lot since my pain continues and despite paying I never received a result or a call indicating what problem I have and of course I didn't receive any medication either.

I called the appointment line to make an appointment regarding very worrisome, new health issues. Jennifer at the appointment center was extremely caring, professional and urgently took the time to find a provider asap and assure me that I am in good hands.

Took 2.5 weeks to get a response. I need to get my port flushed and it took an hour ! The nurses had no clue what they were doing. I had to give them instructions.

Ever since Optum took over this place has went down in every way except for the Lab and Urgent Care I've had no problems there. Went to see my Dr in May and with the MyChart app it should show Dr notes and vitals from the visit. WELL after calling numerous times to Drs office and patient relations I STILL haven't gotten that info of vitals etc as I usually do when I go to urgent care. Like really !! I told the woman in patient relations and she said a few times when I called that she sees my Dr notes and vitals for my May visit with my Dr. And she said she would mail those to me...hahaha received vitals from a visit nto urgent care early May NOT from my Dr appt may 31st !!! Wow I have no words for these clueless people. Dr didn't input these notes in my visit or why else would it not show up in the MyChart app duh. Wow !

I'd give them 5 stars but had to wait for radiology report. Excellent help after fall. Dr. Salas kind and clear on explanation. Nurses very attentive and informative. Radiologist very patient with someone in wheelchair.

My mom goes to this medical group and the lab procedures are a joke! Most patients are elderly and there is no one available to help them. So you have to bang on the door to get help and then the lab tech lady was rude. My mom will be changing insurances in October. Our elderly patients deserve better.

Accustomed to better coordination between client needs having come from Kaiser. The communication with the App for doctors needs work. I requested a call or help with an issue and haven’t been contacted after 4 days. I called after the first couple of hours to make sure that my message was received and was told it was and had it escalated but still no response after waiting 2 days and another message. ? Seems their procedure for communicating needs work.
