He's a very good Dr. Dr. Jones asked. He always asks me all the right questions. The smart questions and he seems to truly care about you. He saw something on my chest. One time, just a regular visit and yeah, it turned out to be melanoma, malignant melanoma, he sent me straight to the Skin doctor and they took it out. Dr Richard Jones office never answer the phone. Several times I have gone to the office just to talk in person because the Dr or the staff forgot to send my prescriptions to my pharmacy. I had my follow up and saw the nurse practitioner on 12/9 and he forgot to go over blood results and send my diabetes prescription. On 12/20 I run out of my diabetes meds. I called and they get me in on 12/24 to go over blood results and I see Dr Jones. Well he also forgot to send the prescription too! I just talked to ride aid pharmacist and she confirmed they haven't received any prescriptions from Dr Jones for me! I have been calling Dr Jones office every day and only get the answering service! I have left 2 messages! Today is 12/27 and I have been without diabetes meds for a week!....

In June they lost my EDD form! In July I take another EDD form and they tell me the Dr doesn't sign EDD forms on line it has to be regular form. In August the Dr signs my EDD form but EDD changes the effective date because I took more than 45 days to return the form to them and now my case is on appeal process and I haven't gotten any EDD benefits because of Dr Jones office!

I am now on my way to the office again to tell them what happened to my diabetes prescription!!

The office sucks. I’ve been calling since Monday and they keep saying they will have someone call me back and still nothing! I’m out of blood pressure pills and the only way I can get a refill is see a doctor! How can I see a doctor if nobody answers my calls ?

We just moved up here in Apple Valley area. My husband went to go see him as his primary Doctor he really enjoyed Doctor Jones. He made him feel safe and secure and answered all his questions. And it was being very husband was very happy with Doctor Jones.
