I think the office staff can be a little more courteous and back office staff as well, but I have to tell you that Dr. Gregorian is amazing! She is very passionate and caring. My 2 teen daughters are seen here and I am very satisfied. Physician assistant Daisy is just as amazing! They have taken every concern into consideration when deciding the care for my daughters. We left our visits feeling confident and satisfied with the plan they had. They truly listened to my concerns as a mother & allowed me to play a role in deciding on the next steps or recommendations of care for them. They have both demonstrated sympathy, compassion and worked as a team with me for the best care of my daughters. This speaks volumes to me and I am soo happy that there are wonderful women like them in healthcare. They truly make a difference.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Leslie was very professional and friendly, the front office were very helpful and a huge thank you to the NP that listened to my every concern and question about my health. I'm glad I switched PCPs every other place I went to felt so unprofessional and unkind. I felt like a number and not a patient. I can't wait to go back and get my blood results and finally focus on my health! Thanks again everyone! ❤️

I am writing to express my profound distress with a recent interaction with your staff/receptionist Mr. Esteban G. My experience was deeply upsetting and has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient.

Upon arriving at your clinic, rather than a welcoming greeting, I was immediately told that I couldn't be seen due to a ten-minute tardiness. Such a curt dismissal demonstrates a startling lack of understanding for the complexities of patients’ lives and the potential reasons for arriving slightly late.

I understood the fact that in order for me to be seen, I had to be within the 5-minute grace period, hence it is the only way the "system" can record my visit. I had told them that I was more than happy to reschedule. One of the receptionists told me that my doctor was still seeing the previous patient. So I had also asked if there was any way to change things manually, since if I were to arrive early, I'd still be waiting at that very moment. I received a stern "no." I have attempted to ask if there were other ways they could sincerely help me since my doctor was still on hold either way.

The receptionist clarified that the clinic was not a place of “BUSINESS” but a doctor’s clinic yet she kept repeating that I had to be on time and the “system” won't take me in.

She was extremely indifferent and wouldn't let me talk, and kept repeating I had to be within 5 minutes and finally asked me if I understood, then whispered in front of me, "Of course you don't."

The receptionist's insistence on the inflexibility of the system overshadowed any concern for my well-being.

It is incomprehensible that individuals in a healthcare setting could be so devoid of human kindness. To be spoken to in such a demeaning manner is not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful. It is evident that the focus is solely on adhering to rigid protocols rather than providing compassionate care.

They don’t know what people are going through or what kind of pain they are in (or even enduring at that moment they are face to face with them), and for them to talk without compassion is extremely sad. They do not have empathy! The way one of them talked did not have any kindness at all. It’s not about the rules or whatever system is in place. Why can’t people show some humanity? When you talk to someone and you hear the tone and the way they speak, I just know that lady was not a kind person. Needless to say, I felt very disrespected.

Her dismissive tone escalated my anxiety to an overwhelming level and caused me a panic attack. I had a panic attack because of her demeaning way of talking and had to excuse myself for a couple of seconds. When I was ready to talk again, she then expressed that she was sorry I took it "the wrong" way.

Clearly, she/both ladies didn’t care about anything but their “system,” and for that reason, I am going to transfer to a different clinic. I was recommended by friends and family to move here but now I’m going to recommend back to them to avoid this place.

If you ask your receptionist Mr. Esteban G. about this incident, I bet you hundred times they will respond that this “customer” did not understand a single thing.

I recently visited Moreno Valley Clinica Familiar (Alessandro)and had an excellent experience. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The clinic was spotless and well-organized, which added to the overall comfort of my visit.The doctors and nurses were attentive and took the time to thoroughly explain my child's growth and treatment options.
