I was very lucky to meet the blood-drawing nurse Tiy, who was the best one. Every time she drew my blood, she was gentle and painless, and there was no bruise. I hope all blood-drawing nurses can be like her.

Kaiser Permanente in Meridian Parkway..

Originally, I went to the Iris Ave location for covid testing. But their covid testing as of now is assigned to this location.

This drive thru at Meridian location is:
1. fast service
2. If no e-visit check-in yet there's no problem
3. Don't have to turn off your car engine, that's how fast it is.

This place deserves *.

No cover for cars. Hot, sunny days are terrible. Not good for patients or staff.

I recommend the installation of solar panel roofed parking structures to shade cars and gather power.

I also recommend they install, at the entrance, a second set of automatic doors about fifteen feet inside the outer doors to minimize the exchange of outside hot air with inside cooled air.

Otherwise, this is a clean and orderly Kaiser Permanente facility. Plenty of available seating. Relatively short waits to be called back. Restrooms are available and accessible.

I needed to get a prescription filled but it hadn’t been sent by the Doctor yet! With Alma’s help she was able to get it filled in a timely manner! She always goes above and beyond to help! She is the reason I use the Kaiser Meredian Pharmacy! Thank you Alma for all you do for your customers!!! Also want to say thank you too to Malinda the pharmacist who worked to get my prescription filled as well! Thank you too for all you do!!!!

Compared to other KP pharmacies around here, this one really is the best. Staff is friendly, if they dont have my prescription, the go above and beyond to find out who has it in stock. Compare this to the one in magnolia, who basically just tell me to go ask around on my own if they don’t have it.
