Very friendly and courteous staff. I appreciate their great customer service.
The wait time was brief. I did not know what to expect because I have never had a CT Scan done before and was a bit apprehensive. However, my technician Susan, helped me to feel very calm and comfortable.

My daughter doesn't like the small spaces and she didn't know what to expect, as it was her first MRI. I asked the technician if I can just come in and settle her in, he was so nice and allowed me to stay there during the exam. I hold her hand and comfort her throughout the exam. Thanks for allowing me to be there with her. Everything went fast, as I had filled all questions needed on the link they sent me via text. Just needed 3 signatures, her insurance cars and my DL when we arrived. We were in and out so quick, I do have to add that I have never had an appointment at 9:25 PM. But it worked for us great.

The workers were really nice, patient, helpful. They were nice. They were patient with me since my son is disabled and I had my other kid with me. They were helpful with entertaining my other kid while I held my son’s arms out. The only reason why I took one star off is because I wasn’t offered the Sheild garment to cover myself even though they did ask if I had any chance of being pregnant. I just think they should’ve offered me the shield as other imaging places do when they are conducting X-rays. One of the workers walked in and put one on which reminded me that I didn’t have one on. Also the chairs in the waiting area are really filthy.

Appointment was at 9:20am and they asked me to come in 10 minutes before so I did, they didn’t see me until an hour later and they kept seeing people who got there after me. This appointment was for my 3 week old baby. Was also told not to have him eat an hour in a half before the appointment so you would think he would be a priority, there was no other baby in the waiting room. They said there was a delay but again they were seeing people constantly about five people went before me even though I was there first. To top it off the older lady in the front desk was pretty much rude to anyone who wasn’t her race.

Long story short, my appointment had been canceled at one facility and the Apple Valley facility was able to get me in no problem. The staff is so kind and loving and make you feel at home..

Technicians were good, informative of procedure and quick. Front desk, the two ladies that helped me directly were very nice, the wait was longer than excepted, but delays happen. I only had an issue with one of the ladies at reception(blonde, a bit older) was snappy when I asked for a fax number. Her tone was crappy. She was crappy and snappy. She has room to work on customer service. It’s not always fun but it’s the job

Excellent customer service!!! The young girls that work behind the desks at the Corwin Location Suite J are super sweet!! They do what they can to get you in for your appointments and actually care. It’s so nice to see good customer service again and it’s very much appreciated. You never know what kind of day people are having! Being kind to one another could change everyone’s day for the better!!! The staff doing the procedures in the back could use some more kindness and bedside manners. They just need to relax and make the most of their day. It shows fast when you don’t like your job. Just a friendly reminder. Other then that keep up all the great work and showing kindness!!! I originally scheduled two procedures on two different days because they were unable to schedule them together. However, when I arrived, they were able to do both of them in the timeframe allowed. This saved me so much time. Everyone in the office was so kind and friendly! In and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommended!
