BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My husband just had a colonoscopy. Paul our nurse was attentive and very caring. Explained every detail. Paul made my husband feel so comfortable. Dr. Nguyen also did an amazing job caring for my husband. Thank you Kaiser and Dr N and Paul!!

I have a colonoscopy procedure done today at Kaiser Anahiem facility. Nurses were very nice, caring and professional. The doctor performed the procedure was well experienced, very professional and efficient. They made this difficult experience totally without any pain to the patient. I could not have asked for a better team!
First, I want to give a huge shoutout to Morgan. She was kind, gentle and very compassionate! I felt like we were sitting on her couch enjoying a delicious cup of coffee! I felt very comfortable! Dr. William Nguyen and Danielle were awesome! My appointment time was 2:50 and I was leaving approximately 1 1/2 hours later. I could not have asked for a better experience than I had. Phenomenal team! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!

Not everyone made it clear. I would have really liked the doctors to have explained to me where the infection was, what kind of infection it was, what antibiotics they were going to use, etc.I think doctors sometimes need to give them a lesson in humanity and the pain of others to bring them back to reality.I am very clear about this, that doctors got used to seeing sick people who die every day. It is also very difficult to be a doctor because they cannot go outside their company's little book like other medicines and other treatments etc.The care I really liked the nurses were very professional, the kitchen was good service and the cleaning staff was very good, I recommend it. Well, I have never stayed in another hospital or had another experience.
