This is such a nice location. Very clean, very well organized, well lit, love the modern look, and very spacious inside.

They offer different types of care: OB-GYN, Sports Medicine, Pediatrics, Immunizations, Primary care, Gastroenterologist, Allergies, family medicine.

Lots of nice pleasant waiting areas. Must of the departments have a self served check in system in place. Very convenient and fast.

Lots of parking. This is the Hoag Medical Health Center, which is connected to the Hoag Urgent Care this is located right next to it.

We have been here a few times for regular check ups, excellent service each time. And we have been to the urgent care wing also one time, again, awesome service.

The care quickly is great. I really like It.

It also has some shopping stores, they all have to do with wellness and exercise. They also have a coffee shop, even though I am not sure when that’s open or close. I’ve been here three times already, all my appointments have been in the afternoon (2:30 pm, 2:00 pm, and today 3:00 pm), and I have never seen the coffee shop open.

I visited Dr.Ray's office for my shoulder pain, they took me for an Xray during the visit, and Dr. Ray provided an evaluation that lasted approximately 10 minutes. The remainder of my time at the clinic was just me waiting in the room. Then I received a bill that charged me for a 45-minute visit of ~$400. Absolutely BS

This place is the absolute worst imaginable care provider. The staff, the availability and the service is the worst. Before going there, just know that Hoag is a corporation that only cares about maximizing their profit and they only view us as numbers to improve their profit and nothing more. I am completely disgusted by this place will never ever go back.

Terrible service! Don't go here!! They will cancel your appointment at the last minute. I have a PPO and my Dr chose this location because of an urgent issue as this location had the soonest available imaging appointment. They had weeks to be able to reach out if there were problems with the paperwork but I didn't know this until I arrived for check-in that they cancelled my appointment and gave my time away as the orders from the Dr say "clinic" instead of "hospital".

Beautiful, clean, efficient and state of the art equipment. I had some imaging done here and I was in and out within 45 minutes. They offer warm robes and blankets The staff was absolutely lovely.

Again beside myself at the awful treatment at hoag. I even tried a different. Courtney Burke was the provider and walked out of the room ridiculing me for asking for oxygen. Then she ridiculed the other parents are being needy. Then because I asked again for oxygen she claimed I was rude and asked me to leave the urgent care. Casey Hokinson is her supervisor and was not even there to take a complaining. My last Hoag urgent care experience ever. No more and I suggest others to stay away as well.

I’ve had an incredible experience with the Hoag Facility here in Foothill Ranch. Everything has been easy, convenient, and I’m reaching my goals. I really appreciate all the work the staff does - from the BioCircuit gym, the ability to get my labs drawn from Quest, my mammogram, my MRI, and to even see my PCP as needed. This is so convenient! Thank you!! ❤️

Stay away. If you go to urgent care and then need an x-ray, they send you down the hall to radiology which is part of Hoag Hospital. Ok, no problem. But, you will end up paying hospital rates for x-rays! $887 for a chest
x-ray?
If you see one of the doctors at the Hoag facility, it's a "get 'em in, get 'em out" appointment. I asked the doctor a question and he literally stated to me, "I have to go, I have other patients." Apparently it was OK that I had to wait 20 minutes in the exam room for him to show up for my appointment.
It's unfortunate when health care is nothing more then an assembly line business, and they overcharge you for it!
