The facility was very crowded when I arrived in the evening, but despite that, the staff and service were excellent. Everything moved fairly quickly. The doctor was attentive, provided great support, and offered helpful insight into the symptoms my child was experiencing.

She did well. The front desk girla are.nice. nurse was nice. But she said my son had strep.throat without swabbing him. And gave him crazy high doze of antibiotics

If you want a Urgent care to actually care about you. come to this place they attended you quickly and they're really respectful and kind they help me with everything. I need I was in and out of there really fast very helpful people if I could give 10 starts I would this is the best Urgent care I have been to. And I will definitely come back to this place if im ever sick Again thank you for helping me I really appreciate it.

I went into urgent care for trouble breathing. Luckily I did not have to wait long and they took great care of me. I was unable to stabilize my O2 so I was referred to the ER.
The male doctor used humor to lighten the mood because he could tell I was nervous and he answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place to those in need.

Needs to improve google information they don’t take patients when providers are on lunch. You can’t even put your name down until they came back staff was rude. It’s was 45 minutes, however, I don’t know if they take a hour lunch. Maybe overworked, overwhelmed and underpaid, faces stated I don’t want to be here. Well I’m pretty sure neither do we.

Erica, Eduardo, Dr Florene, the front desk medical staff were all great. Top notch friendly, concerned, polite and caring patient care. My experience here was some of the best medical patient care I’ve ever received. Erica was great, thoughtful, gentle, and a breath of fresh air. Eduardo was kind, gentle and polite. Dr. was knowledgeable, humorous and caring. He requested several tests to make sure I was okay and received the best care. Medical staff was gentle and caring all while treating me and running the tests. Very knowledgeable, and informative. Will definitely return if I need care in the future. Thank You Apple Urgent Care for your top notch service and all that you do!

Hello I just want to say it was a great 1st experience here at apple urgent care fast efficient and clean. They are very helpful and the medical assistant Pherien was very nice and attentive. I would come here again for my medical needs.
