When I was 24 weeks pregnant, it was noticed on ultrasound that I was 3 cm dilated and I was immediately hospitalized. My water had not broken, and the baby was in good condition. Magnesium injections were immediately started to delay birth and steroid injections were started to support my baby's lung development. My daughter was born on 24+5 weighing 670 grams. All doctors who contributed to the birth did an excellent job. The first interventions and the excellent care during the next 115-day NICU period saved my baby's life and my baby was discharged healthily. I am grateful to everyone who contributed. All doctors and staff know very well what they have to do. They took excellent care of both our baby and us. Choose this hospital with your eyes closed. You are in safe hands. During this process, I constantly researched premature babies and their stories, looked for a ray of hope while I was in the hospital, and prayed for the days when I would write here and give hope to people if we got through this process well, and thank God, those days have come. Never despair. Approach both yourself and your baby with love and compassion. Believe me, life is a miracle 🌟

Find somewhere else to go.
Unless you are sure you are dying, go somewhere else
This place is a JOKE.
Staff, clean rooms, professionalism, communication, lack of communication for that matter and many many more issues.
Not going to waste my breath.
Oh yes, they will respond to this sounding all apologetic and making it look good online. But, that is it. Nothing happens otherwise.
Best of luck to the employees but I do recommend you find a different path in helping communities and don't work with this company.

I was in the ER at Saddleback Memorial Care Hospital on Sunday for about 7 hours. I wont get into why I had to go but I will say that the medical staff and other staff members were outstanding!!!! I was treated with kindness and professionalism. I have to recognize some of the staff by name (yes, I had my husband write down staff names with the intention of writing this) Thank you to PA Michelle, you are awesome! thank you for being so thorough and caring. Thank you to Nurse MC for caring for me the entire time, you rock! Thank you Derek, Adam & Josh in the CT department. I really appreciate what you do. Thank you to Markie in the ultrasound department, your gentleness and kindness was appreciated. Thank you to the transport staff Alvida and Oscar.
No one wants to go to a hospital because they’re hurting or sick, but if you have to go I recommend that you request to go here!
Thank you all so very much, sincerely Lisa F

I recently underwent major surgery and was in excruciating pain, to the point where I required opioids. From day one, the hospital staff insisted on placing me in a shared room, but I made it clear that I needed a private space to recover due to the severity of my pain. By Day 3, I hadn’t slept at all and was calling the nurse every 2–3 hours for pain medication because the pain was unbearable.

That morning, the charge nurse informed me they couldn’t keep me in a private room and said I would either be transferred to a shared room or could choose to go home. When I mentioned wanting to leave, she warned that the doctor might not prescribe me pain medication if I did. This put me in a terrible position: either go home and manage my pain alone or move to a shared room, endure the lack of rest, and forgo IV pain meds in hopes of being discharged the next day with oral medication.

I felt forced into the second option. I was placed in a room with another patient who was constantly walking with her walker, talking, and calling for assistance, making it impossible for me to rest. Despite being in tears from the pain, I had to decline IV pain medication to ensure I could go home the next day and avoid staying in that disruptive environment any longer.

Since being discharged, I was referred to in-home care, but it has been two days, and no one has contacted me to schedule anything. I’ve called the hospital multiple times and have only been told to leave a voicemail.

This experience has left me feeling completely neglected and frustrated. The lack of compassion and care I received during such a critical time is unacceptable. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this facility.

This is one of the worst hospitals ever been to. I will be going to providence in mission viejo next time. The ladies in the front were on their phone. Most of the time. Very unprofessional. They don’t know how to take care of patients here.

This review is specifically for the center itself. It bears no reflection on any specific department.

The parking situation is abysmal. Make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes for any appointment in the middle of the day because the parking lot is very full. If you get lucky, someone may be leaving that's not terribly far from where you're going (but don't count on it).

Then make sure to arrive at least *another* 10 minutes in advance because you have to go through admitting to verify some of your information a couple of times. There's one window for everyone to go to, and this time I was unlucky enough to be behind someone that had to sign a bunch of documents before I could start my check-in process.

I contrast that last paragraph with my experiences at Torrance Memorial Medical Center when I lived up there. I was able to walk directly to my appointment without any sort of admitting layer/time-suck.

This hospital is the worst. And nearly cost my daughter her life. She went in to the ER and was bleeding internally. The people in the front triage didn’t care my daughter was in terrible pain. She went in doubled over and they were so rude saying maybe your just having a bad period and stop hyperventilating ect…. Only to find out she was having and eptopic pregnancy and just made it in the nick of time. When they got her back to be seen by a doctor 3 hours later the doctor saw her and immediately ordered you an iv and investigated only to find out she needed immediate attention. If you need real help don’t go here. They are rude and act like they hate there job

Horrible this should be a minus star. I was admitted to the ER on two successive days and they told me that they don’t treat extreme pain. They called it chronic it was not chronic. I had to go to another emergency room at another hospital and they immediately admitted me and diagnosed the source of pain. And it was not chronic. To be kicked out of a hospital because I was complaining about pain and being told we don’t handle chronic pain when it was acute it put my life at risk. I cannot tell you how much pain and suffering this put me through.
