“Had an appointment today with Dr Nguyen to review my blood work and refill my medication. I asked the doctor to confirm where he sent the prescription, and instead of answering, he became irritated and said it was sent to ‘whatever was on my profile.’ When I politely asked him to confirm, he gave me attitude and asked, ‘Then where should I send it?’ I told him my preferred pharmacy, and he resent it but then hung up on me. He didn’t even go over my lab results, which was the main reason for the call. The entire interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be returning.”
