I want to start by saying that Dr. Goharbin is excellent. However, I have experienced significant issues with his staff, who have been extremely unorganized and inefficient.

When I initially requested an MRI, my request was denied because his staff failed to include my X-rays, which should be standard practice. After jumping through additional hoops, including completing physical therapy, I was told that my MRI request would be resubmitted and to follow up in 10 days if I hadn’t heard back. When I followed up, I was asked to wait an additional two days. Upon following up again, I was given an incorrect authorization number and was told to contact my insurance provider. Upon contacting my insurance, I discovered that Dr. Goharbin’s office had never submitted the second MRI request.

A representative from my insurance provider and I then called Dr. Goharbin’s office together to clarify the situation. If the request was indeed just sent, as they claimed, I may now have to wait an additional 14 days to see if I even qualify for an MRI.

Dr. Goharbin, I strongly urge you to reconsider your staffing. These errors have caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and I have yet to receive any form of apology for the inconvenience caused.

Dr Goharbin is the most amazing Family Practitioner our family ever had .
He CARES!!!
He really wants to help and goes beyond what you would expect from your doctor .
He really explains all of your possibilities to remedy whatever is coming up.
And he will see you immediately when there is an extraordinary problem and even call you!
To make sure that you are cared for .
I don't know how I can thank him for the - just kind- support he gave to our family .

Staff very difficult to deal with. Mainly, gives you the run around when they do not want to do something. Totally unprofessional. Dr. G is great... he needs a new chief of staff ....two thumbs down
