The team here really is on top of the game!
From being compassionate and understanding with there patients all the way to making a difference in the experience to make it meaningful for people to return.

They have every practice needed for a one stop clinic.
Sick kids? They got you!
Podiatry? They got you!
Family practice? They got you!
Prenatal care? They got you!

Everyone is so informed from front desk, all the way through triage, care plan, labs, and follow up/check out.

The amount of times I heard patients talking to employees about their families and making real connections was definitely worth noting.

I had the privilege of being placed here for my CPT license and I would recommend that everyone who can be placed here, do so by reaching out to the team.

Fernando and Leslie were both very knowledgeable about their roles in Phlebotomy in the medical field. They knew the best ways to set up the environment to make it more understandable for students who come here and gain confidence and clarity in knowing their role. They both went the extra mile to ensure that not only were they focused on making sure their patients and coworkers were never left unassisted, they still completed the task of supporting their students at every draw.

I appreciate Araceli, mayra, and so many other of the girls in the back who were so nice to assist with me and my experience there.

Same as the rest of the comments I’m seeing now. Extremely impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. No call backs or answers for any reason you click on the menu for. “All agents are busy helping other customers” my butt.

Terrible experience at the Baldwin Park office. I just change my sons other primary doctor for one here in Baldwin Park Today would have been his second appointment. The first appointment we got there about 1/2 hour early and still waited about and hour to be seen. And today got there 9 minutes late and they didn’t want to see him, saying it was too late. I would understand if I was 1/2 hour late , but 9 minutes? Also the first time besides waiting for an hour to be seen , we still waited another 25 minutes in the room. I don’t recommend this BP office at all

My mom was the second patient when the place opened, right after that the office filled up. She waited an entire hour and wasn’t able to see the doctor. All the people that came after her waited only 10 minutes and saw the doctor before her. The reception was really unorganized and rude. She simply told her to continue waiting and that they were busy. After an hour without seeing the doctor she eventually went home. Not sure if being the only Asian patient was a factor, but it’s worth mentioning. We will never go back there again, we are in the process of changing doctors. My mom mentioned the Dr. Jalie was very good at her job and helped her with her breathing issues, but the reception staff was not professional.

I've been a patient at this clinic since June last year and it's been a very pleasant experience with great doctors and friendly staff. I actually feel that they genuinely care about my health, which makes me feel cared for. Fernando is a great gentleman I can always rely on for my medical needs, and Dr. Chong is someone I can always reach out for honest and professional answers for my questions and medical issues. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

Hello I got the opportunity of doing my externship hours here to get my phlebotomy lícense. Fernando was my trainer he did an amazing job. I was really able to learn a lot . The girls and staff here are super nice I would definitely recommend this clinic to family members and friends .
