The staff was very nice. It was Dr. Burrows himself he was very unpleasant. He never listened. Always pushed the carnivore diet. It wasn't right for me and my husband and it made my husband sick. We ended up switching Doctor's. He would never even give a referral when asked. He just try to throw pills at it.

Dr Burrows is honest, professional, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with. his front and back office staff has always been courteous and helpful. you may have a 10-15 minute wait to see the doctor but have you been to other physicians or medical groups and spent the better part of an hour to be placed in an exam room, then waited an extended amount of time waiting to see a P.A.? Never happened here Thanks Dr. Burrows! Keep up the great work.

I love Dr. Burrows and his staff. They are fun, and make you smile when you're feeling sick. Also they are so knowledgeable and diverse in their medical abilities/ treatments. I recommend you listen to them and take their advice. Doc O knows best! 🙂

A really good doctor. Many people complain about wait time, but I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes, and I’m okay with that since when I do see the doctor it’s more like seeing an old friend who cares about me and cares about my health. The staff is professional and caring, reception does a great job and the place is well run and clean . When the doctor is swamped there is always a physicians assistant to see. If they see something is serious they will call in the doctor.

This isn’t the dark ages, medicine is a highly skilled and greatly needed service this doctor does at a very high level as your friend.

In a perfect world we’d all be in great health and in great shape, with no aches and pains. Until that utopia arrives, I’m thankful for Dr Burrows and his staff.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had called off of work today because I had an anxiety attack but I also had a little weird feeling in my elbow so I told my boss that I had strained my elbow and I wanted to take the day to ice it because I do a lot of typing at work. So my boss calls me back and tells me that she told HR that I sprained my elbow and they want to note saying I can return to work. I called my doctors office and they tell me that they need to make me an appointment and I told them that I don’t want to pay just to see the doctor for 2 minutes to write me a note. I go to the doctors office and I explain to them that the only reason why I am here is because my boss misunderstood one word when I called her and that I shouldn’t have to pay they told me that it would be $25 for the note without an appointment and after arguing with the woman I told her fine I’ll pay the $25 and she goes to talk to the doctor and she comes back out and says no Doctor Burrows says he hast to see you so I paid $35 to see the doctor for literally 30 seconds and he wrote the note and I was out of his office. Keep in mind that I had just seen this doctor five days prior to this and it was for my arm the same issue and if I would’ve known my company wanted a note saying that my arm was OK I would have told him to give me the note last week so I explain to him it’s for the same issue there’s nothing wrong with me and he was like well you think there’s not but there might be and all he did was tell me “move your arm back-and-forth” and I did and he goes OK you’re fine. Like really?!!! I paid 35 extra dollars just for him to help me move my arm back-and-forth? That’s stupid! That was an easy way for him to make $70 off of me. He and his staff don’t listen they’re always cutting you off when you’re talking and they don’t actually listen to what’s going on with you I will not be returning to this doctor! I will be getting a new primary care doctor immediately!

Dr. Burrows takes care of my family and he is always very kind and patient. He listens to our issues and is willing to provide treatment and care while allowing our input. Dr. Burrows has been wonderful dealing with our concerns and treatment during COVID.

The doctor visit was fine, but the billing department is horrible, a total scam. They invoice me and my son as "Out of Network" I have called, emailed and get no answers. I did get one call telling me they are sending me to collections. I told her I have been trying for months to get this taken care of. She agreed that it should have been sent in as "In Network" and that they would re bill the insurance company. That was almost a year ago an they still have not done that or reached out to me to discuss it. I feel that this is a scam. Be aware. I

My wife and I relocated to San Dimas Ca for a two year project, Dr Burrows became our primary care Dr and was the absolute best to my wife and I. He and his staff meet all of our health care needs, all the staff I friendly. Great Dr. our project ended December 2020.
