If I can give negative stars, I would. My dad went here. And after months and months of my dad telling Dr. Jason Baek that he wasn't feeling well. The dr showed little empathy and only cared about what his office billed. He even charged my dad $150 for like a 10 min conversation when he didn't even provide any feedback. When my dad asked for help the doctor recommended that my dad just go to the ER rather than running tests in his own. He recommended that my dad check himself in rather him properly even running tests himself or even bothered to care. Sad to say my dad passed away from health complications in a hospital. Maybe this could have been prevented if we had a dr that actually cared or ran proper tests. Please please I can't recommended this Doctor or office.

Go to a different clinic. I went here to ask a few questions as a college student who is trying to fulfill health requirements but I was treated with disrespect. This one specific nurse would give me attitude and displayed rude manners. As a client, it made me feel unworthy of their time and that experience itself ruined my day.

PROs: Great staff, location & parking. Comfortable waiting room & short waiting times. Dr. Paek is thorough, quick (but doesn't rush through patients), knowledgeable, loves to answer all your questions & very friendly.

SYNOPSIS: Dr. Paek is my favorite doctor since Dr. German (formerly in W.Covina) who retired almost 10 years ago!
