It's been one year that I changed insurance carrier from Kaiser to Blue Shield. It's the best decision I made. My primary is PA Thuy Bach and she is the best! It's been like night and day, she takes the time listen and very knowledgeable. Her nurse is also a true gem, very professional and friendly.

In my experience, this medical office is very well run. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, taking the extra time when necessary to address more complicated non-medical issues.
The medical staff I have interacted with have been, on the whole, superb. Dr Okazaki is a great physician. He listens attentively, communicates well, is knowledgeable, and clearly cares deeply about both patient care and patient experience. The medical support staff members I have encountered (mostly nurses, I think) have also been very good.

Thuy is the best physician I have seen in years, possibly decades since the birth of my children. She actually listens and remembers things from previous visits. She makes me feel valued and takes her time fully explaining things with me, even if it is difficult to hear.

The P.A. I saw today was terrible. Manisha Patel was her name. I have seen to many different doctors,P A. s there. Manisha asking me questions about which doctor gave me different prescriptions.......I don't know.....what is the point of a folder for you if the information for their services provided is not in it. Furthermore, she's telling me acetaminophen and Norco are the same thing. Norco is a opiate and yes has acetaminophen In it but not the same thing. She was arrogant, left the room before I finished telling her the medicine I needed . I had to stay there another 15 minutes to see someone to add Ozempic I was out off. I'm seriously thinking about changing Doctors . I do like my doctor Tiffany Kilbas and one other doctor I seen but this P.A. did a lousy job at customer service and basic help for why i was there. I need hip surgery bad, but I have other issues that need to be taken care so I am in alot of pain. I had to make another appointment in 2 days with my doctor so I can talk to her about my medicine. The whole reason I went in there today. Teo thumbs down on today's services.

Friendly and quick check in.. Medical Assistant was very nice and explained everything she was doing for me..PA Thuy Bach was Very professional, kind and explained everything thoroughly, was very patient while answering all my questions.

The office staff was great, they got me in quickly,
and made my follow-up appointment just as quickly on the way out.
The M.A. was patient and took time with me to try to get a lower B.P. reading.
The P.A. was also patient and willing to listen, taking her time to figure out the right diagnosis.
All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

This has been the best Doctor’s office I’ve been to. They listen and truly help resolve what’s wrong. Sweet staff. You are always greeted with a smile and feel welcomed.
