The only reason why I come here is because of my doctor I really like her. But the receptionist in window 1 and window 3 started talking about me right as I started walking away. Do they not realize that I can still hear them? and they still didn’t care because when I sat down they were still just looking at me. All because I needed a form filled out for my nursing program and I forgot to bring it so I asked if they can please print it out as I really needed it to be filled by my provider, and they said no they can’t print any papers. It was only two forms that I need for school. But the fact that they started talking about me as I’m still in hearing reach is beyond unprofessional and to top it off they all have you waiting to be called so they can check you in forever, while they just sit there on their computers!

If you have an appointment expect to wait total of 3hrs, 2hrs for vitals then another 1 inside the room.
You get an appointment to wait a while.
Kaiser is less wait. Also referrals are much faster.

This place only gets 1 star for the security who were nice. I went for a blood appointment and was greeted if I wanted a vaccine instead. Why would I want a vaccine my order was for blood? The women looked like she didn't like working there and I told her my concern about fainting when taking blood before she didn't even care immediately start the process almost taking blood. She had an attitude from the start. The other two there in that room looked very weird in that room like with that women. They defended her actions of how I was treated not surprised …. I was about to get my blood drawn when she puts my arm in a weird angle and says don't move or I can miss many times. When I heard the I stood up and left. No one has ever told me that before. Imagine she doesn't know how to take blood with arm resting but likes it at an angle almost in the air with no support for patient to feel safe. Why is the arm rest even there in the first place? They were not professional avoid this place. I asked to speak to the manager who was a guy whos eye were very Big like dilatated. Seems he uses drugs or something was off. He didn't even listen to my concerns I'm sure he never talked to her also. He dismissed everything I can tell it went in one ear out the other side. Its only a matter of time before a big lawsuit happens. This place has low stars for a reason. A big walking red flag. Wasted my time but at least I'm safe. I didn't feel safe at all with those weird strangers who cant even take blood properly. To whoever this 30-35 year old dark skin Hispanic girl is who treated me like this (Im Hispanic too) there's a reason no man loves you good luck finding a real man. I'm sure you single or will be. No one wants a women with that attitude Idk what man hurt you but not all men are the same. I'm sure this women is a man hater because there's no reason for that bs that happened to me. This is on top I had to wait 25 minutes after my appointment time. Whoever the owner is of this place please step up this is unacceptable behavior. I wish I had seen reviews before picking this place. (Owner instead of telling others to just go to altamed and do something, You go investigate and do something. Obviously nothing is changing.)

They're supposed to close at 7:00 p.m. for urgent care they close much earlier claiming they've reached their capacity. Lazy lazy lazy

Referral services usually incorrect code or they don't pay attention to Dr notes and send you to wrong location. Then you have to call and waste another week redirecting. Useless people.

Parking lot, too small for this many businesses. Few handicap slots.

Nice doctors and most staff. Doctors are capable for most things but need persistent request to follow thru with more serious issues like cat scan, mri...

Two entrances depending if going to urgent care or apt with dr. Urgent care has issues with AC and can have a strong order, maybe indicating exhaust not working.

Security is visible. Clinic is visible from street for most part, near Dominos pizza, Chinese food, local pharmacy/ general store.

I give my doctors a 5 star no matter the sisuation everyone always helps me out if I don't have time to go in the office they will give me a same day zoom pr telephone appointment I never had a issue with the staff if I have a question one of them will give me there option and help the best way they can ive been coming for yrs here for my boys sometime I need them all to be seen at once n they alway try there best to fit them all in around the same time instead of coming back n forth any concerns I have with my boys one of the doctors will help assist but will ask me first cause they know I don't like having diffrent doctors but in the 5 yrs of me bring my boys here I have never had issues the staff is always helpful n nice and doing there job I never wait hrs most is like 15 mins ..I recommend them to others looking for a good doctor for ther kids ..n they also have dentist n urgent care I have used urgent care and never had a problem the dentist I haven't yet cause I take my boys were ive been going since I was 5 which is across the street from them pico rivera family dental so that why but other then that I wouldn't change bring my boys here unless I had to...

These 2 stars are for the security officer out front and the front office. The security was welcoming and opened the door as he directed me to where I needed to go and the ladies who checked me in we absolutely wonderful especially knowing they were having some technical difficulties with their systems yet they took the time to be pleasant refraining from treating me like those problems were my fault. Then I got to the back where the nurses or physicians assistants were complete jerks. I was feeling horrible already but I was in tears by the time I left there. I don't know who told those women that they should be dealing with people who are there for health care but someone lied to them. They had no business treating me or anyone else that way. I was polite and needed some help but I'd rather sit on a cactus then allow any of them provide care for me or anyone in my family. It was Thursday May 2nd 2024 between 4 and 6 pm. In the urgent care or family care. I was there for urgent care but that was hands down theee worst experience I've ever had when seeking out health care in any form. Altamed should be ashamed of this but probably not since they felt so comfortable treating patients this way. I was asking questions and because she couldn't articulate what she wanted to say in a manner that could be understood or convey her message she started yelling at me then hid her name tag so that I couldn't identify her. That alone should tell you she knew she was wrong. I left in tears. The one and only nice assistant was the blonde lady. I could see she wanted to apologize and her tone and choice of words let me know she was also shocked but I wouldn't doubt if those other nurses make her feel intimated to keep her quiet. I used to recommend Altamed to anyone who asked but never again. Absolutely atrocious and unacceptable. Altamed if you really care about your patients then reach out to me so we can identify them or even just that one who absolutely should not be treating people unless they have the plague
Edit: She was about 5ft tall a bit chunky with bleaching lightened brown hair. She had her hair half pulled up in a clip on top of her head kinda like girls in middle school used to wear. Brown hair brown eyes and the disposition of a bully
