Our first visit with Dr. Nguyen was wonderful from the moment we walked in, the gentleman in the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen and her nurse Sharon both took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. They both made sure my little one felt comfortable throughout the visit. I was worried about meeting a new provider for my daughter because I wanted someone to work with me in terms of my daughter's care but Dr. Nguyen meet all my expectations.

I had a disappointing experience at this office. Despite arriving promptly at 9 and my appointment is at 9:40, I wasn't greeted or checked in until 9:30, and only after I approached them myself. The lack of acknowledgment and delay in service left me feeling frustrated and unimportant. Improved customer service and better organization are needed to ensure patients feel valued and respected. Additional Furthermore, I was informed that I needed to actively seek out staff to check in, rather than simply writing my name down. This requirement was not communicated beforehand and added unnecessary inconvenience to the check-in process. Clearer communication and a more welcoming approach to customer service are essential for creating a positive experience for patients.

Very unprofessional. They made me wait a whole month for an appointment. Then they called me last minute to tell me that they just found out the dr wasn’t going to be in that day. Then tried to reschedule me for a month after that date. I’ll take myself elsewhere. They couldn’t even try to reschedule me in for a day that same week since it was their mistake. They also kept calling me like 5 times the same day because they kept getting my info wrong after I kept repeating it over and over again accurately. Very bad staff. And the drs don’t even show up.

Very unprofessional, they make you wait, today I've been here since 345 and I still haven't really talked to my doctor. They say there quick and make you wait. Nice doctor, but this place is a joke!

It is Long wait sometime. Other then that the staff have been helpful and patient by telephone and in person. This location is not as bad as the other location in Los Angeles where we use to wait forever to get call in, but that was also awhile back maybe things have change.
