Had an amazing experience we were attended quickly, and we also had an out of pocket urgent care visit. The doctor explained everything very well and the medicine was sent and we were able to pick it up very fast. The doctor was very sweet and even gave my son a sticker on the way out. The front office attendant was very kind we will definitely come back here.

Great experience visiting this urgent care clinic. I have been here several times and it’s been less than an hour checkup And prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy. Sadly our primary care doctors don’t usually have same day appointments and that’s really a set back. I am grateful for TotalCare in El Monte.

I love this place, I just moved here from Texas and there is a lot of places around the area that are price gauging for those in need with no insurance. The doctor was very pleasant and knowledgeable which made the visit very quick. He really tries to help u, staff is also great and extremely easy to work with and friendly. Low cost visit and u get taken care of without paying an arm and a leg. I would come back again even when I get my insurance. Quick easy and no hassle and open on weekends which is great

I came to this clinic on a Sunday, they take insurance and co-pay was $60.
I was seen by a nurse practitioner in less than 10 minutes and she checked all of my symptoms and medications and gave me new prescription as well for my condition.
The clinic is very clean and front desk personnel was very professional and kind.

Would not recommend. The doctor and/or receptionist forgot to give me my ultrasound referral and therapist referral. When I asked the doctor a out it she was dismissed and had to go back and check her computer after I had to mention it twice. But if she didn't catch that mistake the receptionist should have. I don't trust either. Once they did put in the my paper work for what they missed they did not put today's date but a past date of my first visit with them. Hiding there mistake
