This place was horrible. I made an appointment to see Dr. Joseph Alonzo and he provided horrible care! He spent less than 5 minutes with me and didn’t examine any part of my body ! His only question to me was “ are you peeing ok?” Really 🤦🏻 In addition he ordered labs under the wrong diagnosis code and it cost me more money out of pocket ! He refused to change the orders( incompetent!). I tried resolving things through the clinic manager( Brenda). I had several discussions with her where she promised to fix the diagnosis code and it was never resolved. I spent months trying and got nowhere. This place doesn’t place value on customer service and they employ incompetent physicians like Dr. Joseph Alonzo !!! Please avoid this place for any medical care !!!!!

This Optum (Rowland) is terrible. My husband was suppose to have a phone conference with Dr. Adrian Tripp today at 9:10 a.m. 9:10 a.m. came and went. This is 9:45 a.m. and no one from Dr. Tripp's office even called. He was talking to the customer svs at the front who answers the phone. She even went to the nurse's station to try and locate someone.
Out of all these 5 years, he has only seen Dr. Tripp once. Everytime if he has an appointment, they the nurse's will tell my husband either Dr is out of the office.
My husband has been with Magan for a long time since changing over to Optum, the medical facility is going down hill. Optum needs to take care of their patients not for profit.

Please consider taking care of all patients and not for profit!

It’s honestly so fitting this clinic has a 1 star rating. Ever since it changed to Optum the service has been less than subpar. I miss old Magan.

To the Karen greeter who stopped me today at 2pm because I didn't answer her "questions of symptoms" you are beyond rude and have no authority to talk to anyone like that as if we are test subjects. You lost YOUR HEART along the way. How dare you. I told you I am going to the pharmacy. Next time be more professional, if that's how you talk to the patients then God be with you all. You are so desensitized that you force someone out of their privacy to answer your questions. Its my HIPAA right!

Do Not see DR Kyle Chang. I waited for him for 42 minutes in the patient room and then walked out. He felt taking a lunch break was more important than seeing a patient that had a scheduled appointment.
