"Octavio at the reception has always been accommodating and gracious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A few months ago, I had a root canal, and it was done flawlessly—truly, it couldn’t have been better.

Initially, I gave them five stars, but I felt the need to revise my review after my recent experience.

I broke my crowns a few days ago and also had my teeth cleaned. Ricardo took the time to thoroughly explain the process. However, Dr. Yoon mentioned that he couldn’t clean my wisdom tooth, and I noticed visible cement between my teeth. Putting my broken crowns back was done but it wasn’t included in the two options he provided. Unfortunately, this is an unexpected expense, and I don’t have the budget for it right now, which I communicated to him. He didn’t even got a mirror to show me what he’d done.

The cement fell off after 3 days.

I’m currently wearing veneers, and I’m worried that if I replace them with new ones as Dr. Yoon suggested, they might not match my existing ones, I truly believe that my existing crowns if done better is the best option. I have to seek a second opinion.

Again, I want to emphasize that the staff here are truly the best and for years that I’ve been going to this clinic, it’s only my last experience that wasn’t great.

I went to the Port Hueneme location off channel islands blvd. Wonderful staff! Very welcoming, compassionate and hears/understanding to concerns and gave honest feedback.
