Awesome facility and design inside. KP online experience helps with scheduling and follow ups to appointments that happen in person. The personnel there are well organized and friendly. The only downside I’ve experienced here is the wait time for urgent care which took about 1.5 hours. Other than that, scheduled appointments with doctors, bloodwork, and pharmacy were efficient.

First time with Kaiser and was so impressed! Staff was very helpful and had wonderful communication. Everything was made easy and convenient. In under an hour checked in, vitals done, saw the doctor and got my medication ( at the pharmacy inside)!!! Happy I switched!

I am 73 years of age and in relatively good heath, thanks primarily to our God and the “staff supporting angels” of Kaiser Permanente, Northern and Southern California. I recently experienced (AGAIN!) another Outstanding, Superior personable attentive Customer Service by all employees with whom I had contact with at Kaiser Permanente, Market St., Ventura. This includes the employee who handled my initial scheduling, the employee who helped me Check-in at the site location kiosk, and the nurse and the doctor who were prompt, polite, efficient and knowledgeable in helping me. I was extremely overall very favorably impressed with my visit and the excellent medical treatment I received from Dr. Schatz, who was referred to me by my equally excellent primary care physician, Dr. Adams from the Hill Rd. location. I am truly very happy as a member of Kaiser Permanente for the past 47 years. Thank you for reading my lengthy message, and I hope it serves to help you in your future for your own serious decision for your overall medical treatments.

I saw my new podiatrist today, Dr. Trigueros. He was wonderful. He saw me as a person as well as a patient and he was kind, knowledgeable, explained everything to me. I have to get injections in my feet (not fun) but he did a great job. I am glad to have him. I would highly recommend him.

September 5th, 2024. 12pm urgent care was closed, no doctors on duty. Just the worst urgent care. Will never come back to this location.

Barely had insurance for 6 months. Used it once and by the second time, I'd already been suckered out of nearly $200. They told me the first meeting would be free, the meeting was to gauge where I was at with a woman I'll never speak to again and it went nowhere, also I was interrupted by this lady the whole short time. Never have I trusted the American healthcare system less. Just when I feigned hope, they lie and now my credit will see a wrongfully charged bill get written off into collections. Mama didn't raise a sucker. Respectfully, eat the bill, the one served in bad taste.

This is the only Kaiser open on the weekends so it's nice to be able to get my prescriptions. I have only ever had 1 bad experience here and that was because when I was giving the front desk clerk my ID# he didn't believe me and insisted that no KP numbers start with a 1. He argued with me for 5 minutes before I finally said, "How about you just trust me and try since I've had the number since I was 16..." he did. Lo and behold... it worked. If I have to check-in in person I just do my best not to go to him. He's the only man that works at the front so it's not hard. The pharmacy NEVER has enough front desk staff and they are always burnt out and you can tell cause they are trying to be nice, but after dealing with a bunch of rude customers sick of waiting, they are hurting. Just have patience with them because they are mostly all very kind people. I have been through this whole building except for optometry and everyone has been very kind and helpful. Some doctors rush you through, but most listen.

Celeste went out of her way to clarify an order for an A1C blood draw. She was friendly and helpful. I commend Kaiser for having a great phlebotomist to help patients with their health.
