I went in for a busted eardrum after a plane flight. The doctor takes me in after a couple hours, briefly looks in my ear and says she can't see past my ear canal. She prescribed me Advil and sent me home aching.... Get this, the bill was $1500
$1500? It'd be different if they did a single relevant thing to earn the money. She couldn't see in my ear, neither can I.... she prescribed Advil...... I tried to argue, and fight it, and called billing and refuted this horrendous bill. They just turned it in to a collection agency and I paid it to save my credit... Life's hard already Tanner Medical, we ain't got $1500 for advil....

Doctor J. Milner was very rude to me, I was there for my 6 yr old son who was extremely sick but all this doctor cared about was rudely talking down to me about taking my sick son to the hospital when he is sick and our doctors office close in the evening time and so does urgent care so when your kid gets sick with a high fever, blue skin and vomiting and diarrhea and you have no where else to go but a hopsital even told me he was being rude I was just a very concerned mother who wanted answers for my son I really don't think this man should be in health care he had no bed side manners, no compassion, no understanding. Just blatant negativity and no care. He acted as if we were interrupting his life, don't be a doctor if you can't act like one.

My outpatient visit was a great experience. The entire staff from check in to discharge made me feel at ease. They told me and the person I was with what they were going to do every step of the way, they told me what they were doing, and before I left they told me and the person taking me home what they did. The entire experience was a personal/connectional one, not a "white coat, sterile, you are only revenue center" experience.

The staff are exceptional. Everyone has a great demeanor and personality. I felt like they really cared about what was going on and listened to me and took the time to get to the issue. Other facilities had not. I'm grateful we have this facility in our area.
