I lost my hearing on the job and have been coming to Kevin Sharim for several years to meet my hearing aid needs. I've been treated by world-class otolaryngologists (ENT doctors) and audiologists, but Kevin and his team, Delana and Regina, always make me feel like I'm visiting friends who also happen to be outstanding professionals. Been going to sharp hearing for quite sometime now and have always had very good experiences. Kevin and Delinah have always been very helpful in making me feel at home and helping with everything needed from appointments to being patient with me and my impairment. I highly recommend this place.

The sudden outpouring of advocacy on behalf of this place is comical.

This place isn’t for people that are older. They treat clients below subpar and KNOW IT.

Regina is not a young person by any means yet she treats people her age as though they are inferior. Delana, well there isn’t a word invented to describe her and she knows it. Do your research and read the other OLDER reviews. They paint the same picture.

Kevin has said himself he knows his staff treats people horribly.

Regina and Delana (not sure of the spelling) are two of the most ill equipped and abhorrent people to work in patient/ customer care.

Kevin, the owner/ audiologist isn’t much better; he knows his staff is awful but hasn’t done anything to improve his personnel.

Lack of accountability and failure to file insurance paperwork reeks of professional misgivings and suspicious behavior. Don’t waste your time or money here.

These people are professionals from the time you walk in the door to the time you need total professionals what makes them special is that they make you feel special! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for the best they work with you on the highest level it doesn't get any better than sharp hearing!

Never go hear I been having hearing problems forever and my doctor send me hear and this place say my hearing was fine even so that was not true and told me they will write on their note to let me try a hearing aid and I got a call from my doctor saying that this place said I don’t need it and I actually bought hearing aid and I can finally hear perfectly this place is a joke
