I feel lucky and blessed to have found this place. I was an out of state transfer and they r wonderful at the front desk. They honored my take homes which I worked very hard to get. The councilors are wonderful. And Anne the manager is really kind and thoughtful and caring. I cant say enough about this place. All the nurses and front desk staff are so nice. . I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to get there life back on track.

I've been in treatment for seven years now & have been with the V.A. & Aegis. I have to say the staff at Aegis is second to none. Anne, the clinic manager, truly cares about every single patient in that clinic. I've never seen a nurse go to the lengths that she does, for her patients! She won't let you walk all over her, but if you are a true participant in your plan of care there is nothing she won't do in order to help you while a patient at Aegis. Since I will be in treatment for a while to come I'm grateful that I can be a patient at Aegis!

Ventura location- is amazing , all the staff involved here makes it the best clinic I’ve been to. It’s good to know they all take their jobs seriously. If you have a problem with opiates don’t listen to the haters: it will save your life. Methadone helped me maintain jobs, and feel like a person again. DONT go to the other Ventura clinic though or you’ll regret it and end up at Aegis!

Great place with great resources very very caring staff, who not only saved my life but gave me myself back, when I walked in the doors I was lost and thanks to Ann, Kat, Renee, Sonia, and Stephanie those are just a few that helped give me my health back physically and mentally, thank you for saving lives I will forever be grateful for the doors at Aegis. This methadone clinic is very nice, they seem to actually care about your recovery, this clinic and the wonderful staff; Crystal, Tanya, David, Ann and the Councilors have truly helped give me back my life.
