How in the world do you get a hold of these people. I called two different numbers. One number I call and you have them answering calls but you cant leave messages or can't direct you to the right place, and every time I call your direct line, it rings, then tells me its no longer in service. How do you people stay in business? Do I dare see your company in person to set an appointment for my dad, who's in a wheelchair?

Honestly, I never write reviews but this place really went above and beyond. The hospital failed to put in the order for the neck brace my mother required immediately after her neck fusion. After asking the nurses serveral times about it the mentioned that they go though a company for the braces and probably wouldn’t have it until the next day. I am so glad I asked the name of the company and found the number for Channel Islands Prosthetics.
Even after hours I was able to get through and leave a message and received a call back very quickly. The hospital had still not put in the order but this team took control, called the nurses station and had someone there within an hour of my call putting a brace on my mom. Thank you so much for saving the day and all after close of business to boot.
