I call in to make payments and everyone I have spoke to is super friendly and polite. As much as I would rather not have to deal with this but it is super easy and I don't dread speaking to anyone there.

Once a year has informed me that I owe 700$ in fines , even though I have paid in full receipt from 7 years ago . Forced me to pay it a second time , 3 years ago and still does it every year. Magically find it in computer after I produce receipt. Horrible place that has done nothing but try to ruin my life .

If you need to locate the paying party you're better off to do it yourself. My daughters dad that has nothing to do with her is over 5,000 behind in support. I called last week to get an update on any type of payment. They told me they were unable to locate and had a case open in Kentucky when he doesn't live in Kentucky. He lives in Ohio and has since the support order has been open, his last job he had was in Ohio, his DRIVERS LICENSE IS IN OHIO AND THEY STILL COULD NOT LOCATE HIM. under my assumption in the state of Ohio anything over 5,000 is considered a felony. and how His license is not suspended for not paying support in over 2 years is beyond me. If someone higher up is reading this I would like a response because this is unacceptable on how I have to do YOUR JOB TO LOCATE SOMEONE

I am writing this review for the office worker, Suzie. She has been extremely helpful for me and my family. It is always a pleasure working and speaking with her. I am so grateful that she makes our encounters a positive experience!

Just spoke with Barbara today regarding an employment change to ensure there was no gap in my support paid to my ex from a my current employer to my new one. The process is almost simple enough to not even be called a process. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly and thoughtfully and politely. The entire call took less than 3 minutes.

Went to pay my support today got there at about 3:55 and the doors were locked. It says on the door itself it's open until 4. This could cause someone to be thrown in jail. Also, I have been paying more than my required payment each month which already includes back pay yet my principle has not budged in years.... Somebody is stealing from me and probably many others.... I'm just waiting to get enough receipts together to prove it....

Like so many others on here I would love to give them zero stars. This place is a absolute joke. There is no other business or agency who would tolerate their employees treat clients or customers as they do. Nobody wants to help and they are so rude. They treat you like you are done low life. I always try to avoid contacting them at all cost. They are not transparent about any information I have the right and need yo know! On top of it act bothered and annoyed when you try getting information what is their responsibility to give in the first place.
No paperwork or anything information backing up their claims offered to confirm. I have never ever seen anything like this.
I’m glad that my daughter is now almost 18 and I don’t have to ever deal with them ever again.
Worst customer service ever.

Turned my paperwork in for a review in my child support case. Received a call about a week prior to my review hearing date and stated they didn’t have my paperwork and if I planned on turning it (very rude like). Made her aware that I did in fact turn it in and had a receipt to prove it. She magically found my paperwork and stated it wasn’t attached to the case and said that is all. Call the Monday following my review and the lady was in fact rude again. Stating it wasn’t a hearing and the lady reviewing my case was behind and when I asked why it stated it was a review hearing (have the paper in front of me) she stated that I was wrong and that she was still reviewing from the day prior and just behind and I needed to give her time, in a very condescending tone. She called me back 10 minutes later to tell me in fact that she was wrong and that my ex asked for an extension and needed 15 days extra to file his paperwork. So she was wrong and super rude me. Tells me that they are not looking into your case when you call.

Super rude people the whole lot and they refuse to give you any information that will help. They treat me so nasty every time if you can avoid going through them do. Dealing with the juvenile courts would be better. I wish I would have know that was an option prior to going through this support department. The people always act like they are better than you when they are constantly messing up and giving wrong info. Just take a few minutes and look over the case fully and show some customer service.
