Horrible customer service!!! And the staff and the doctor are rude to people!!! Never again!!! Like I said horrible.. receptionist has tattoos all over her face and neck n the doctor and her talk smack about people right in front of them!!! Rude people!!

This place has horrible customer service. They are very lazy, and if you are a senior citizen who has trouble hearing forget it...they won't help you. They have a 3.2 rating because they are awful, and their equipment is very faulty. Take your business somewhere else.

I thought it was me, but yes, they are the most uncaring, uncompassionate Dr. the receptionist also looks upset. On one visit, my grandpa was coughing, and they got mad because he was coughing, and they made us wear a mask, and they were a mask, too. Today, they were sick and coughing near us without a mask. The Dr. does not have any care for her patients she explained my grandpa how to use the audio adapter with a bad actitud because my grandpa wasn't able to understand, so I tried to explain him, and she looked bad at me.

⚠️ I do not recommend this place, if you're someone looking for an audiologist, this isn't the one you should be looking at. I have been with Sonus for a long time because it is very hard to find an audiologist in my area. The audiologist is rude and does not treat her patients very well. There would be nobody working besides her most of the time. I've noticed that she's been trying to charge us a lot of money for something that isn't needed to do. She would try to cancel the appointment and reschedule it even if we were a little late. Plus the wait time is ridiculous, she would make us wait up to 20 minutes to start the appointment which isn't fair. Her assistant would give different information than needed. The audiologist would make it seem like we're "lying" when we told them what we said about the workers there.
Please guys, just be careful about who you choose for your audiologist, don't lose a lot of money to them 🙏🏻

This female is the most uncaring, uncompassionate Dr that I have ever came across. When you go into the office there is no staff only her. She will make you wait 15-20 min even though nobody else ids in the office. She acts like your annoying her by being there. It’s sad because the person I caregiver for is the nicest , sweetest man and he doesn’t deserve to be treated the way she treats him. She’s just cold and lacks person skills.

First time visit 2 days ago and everything seemed nice, 1st Dr did the actual hearing test, she was gentle kind and very soft spoken beautiful African American woman my mom liked her, the 2nd Dr I believe her name was Christina looked Latina and was the one who showed my mom her hearing aid options was very rude, she spoke with an attitude, cold short and seemed annoyed when we asked questions, at the end she even said that's all you can leave and don't worry about coming back bc you won't with out even looking at us, my mom said she hopes she never has to be seen by her ever again, would be a great place if it wasn't for Dr rotten fruit ruining peoples first visit and first impression of the place

I was 7 minutes late with no other patient waiting for 2pm. The 2:30pm was sent in and I was asked to rescheduled at 2:10pm. Rude staff specially the technician, other patient agreed.
