I have been a patient of Dr Nasr-Anaisse for at least 10 years. Every experience I have had with her has been positive. She takes the time to listen, ask questions, and has always been pleasant and knowledgable. I have not personally had any issues with the support staff. I know the lab at the office is not available at the moment, but UC Hospital is less than 10 minutes away. I routinely get bloodwork done yearly so I just ask for a request to be submitted to UC to get the tests done before my visit so Dr Nasr has the results when I have my appointment to see her. I highly recommend Dr Nasr-Anaisse. I trust her completely.

In pain crisis for lower back disc issues, and was actually banned from here because I was "harsh". LOL. Guess they've never been in agony with crushed nerves causing no sleep. Might be great for a cold, but don't plan on a lot of empathy. lol

Do not go here! The providers are not thorough in their jobs. There's never a lab tech available so you will have to go somewhere else to get blood drawn after your appointment. They outrageously charge you for the stupidest things like asking a follow up question on MyChart to something your doctor told you over MyChart.

My mother in law has been Dr. Lina Nasr’s patient for more than 5 years. My experience has always been great. The office itself is very clean and organized. I highly recommend Dr. Nasr. She is extremely thorough in all procedures needed and ensures the patient is well informed yet comfortable in the environment. In the past with other offices, I’ve had difficulty in scheduling appointments. However, at this office, I’ve never had a problem in scheduling an appointment at the time I need. Office staff is very courteous, helpful, and friendly, especially Ms. Mahwish Ahmad. She always greets us very warmly and will go out of her way to ensure our appointment goes as smoothly as possible!

Great place to go for your PCP needs. Best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Nasr is absolutely amazing and totally willing to go above and beyond to help. I moved about 45 minutes away and still make the drive to see her. I know she cares about me and my health. Would highly recommend her to everybody.

Dr Nasr is a rare kind of doctor who actually cares for her patients in a holistic way. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. She takes her time to explain the medical issues and includes me in the decisions. She is experienced and incredibly skilled at analyzing symptoms and test results and presenting a plan that makes sense. She cares more for her patients than meeting a "quota" like most other doctors seem to do. She always addresses all my concerns thoroughly. Furthermore, her caring personality is also reflected in her staff. Mahwish welcomes you with a beautiful smile, and Sherri makes you feel like a part of the "family".
I wish there were more offices like that in this country!

Kristin Spitznagel is an absolute GEM. I always feel listened to and never feel rushed or like my concerns aren't valid. I hope that I am always able to see her as my PCP.

I have been going here for several years and recently left due to relocating cities. I have debated leaving a public review while still attending here because a) my current doctor would see, and b) I have heard they delete negative reviews anyway. However, I wanted to comment on my experiences here. Dr. Nasr is a very kind physician, but I question her judgment sometimes. I was seen earlier this year for nighttime full-body itching and lesions on my hands and feet. She told me I had developed eczema, despite not having any history of sensitive skin/dermatological problems, and despite that not accounting for all of my symptoms. I asked for a referral to a dermatologist, and she declined to do so, saying I should start with an antifungal/steroidal treatment and follow up in a few weeks if it hadn’t cleared up. I found a dermatologist myself and they diagnosed me with classic scabies. I had all of the symptoms and was easily diagnosed with a skin scraping under the microscope, but Nasr failed to examine that possibility. There have been other instances like this in my past here as well.

Lastly, I wouldn’t go here for bloodwork. Phlebotomist here has given me a hematoma, burst a blood vessel, and inappropriately responded to multiple vasovagal syncopes when they happen. Also, knowing that I tend to pass out at blood draws, I requested to have my bloodwork laying down and was denied. There didn’t seem to be a good reason other than it inconveniencing the nurse. Thankfully I didn’t pass out that day or I would’ve been SOL. This center does not put patients first.
