My daughter needed to get her immigration physical completed for the USCIS, we had an appointment and she was seen, and we were charged $504.00. It has been a week and I cannot get them on the phone to speak with anyone, and they have not returned my messages. Their office continually moves throughout Southern California, so I believe this is not a legitimate business. I have submitted a request to reverse the charges against my credit card. My recommendation is to find someone else affiliated with the USCIS, and to have the USCIS remove this business from their recommended list of medical practitioners.

My wife needed to get her immigration physical completed for the USCIS, and after asking the rates of each of the doctors on the list we found that millennium was the cheapest... or at least we thought. Average cost of the service was close to 400, Millennium says they'll do it for 260, BUT we had to make 3 trips to the doctors office on three separate days(which moves by the way. We had to go to Riverside, West Covina and Cerritos). On our last visit they charged us an additional 95 dollars for immunizations, which they originally told us were covered by the 260 we paid up front. All in all, the original 260 plus the 95 on top of the gas money, we probably would have been better off choosing a more expensive option. If you are looking for a provider for an immigration physical, save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
