Kelly is very skilled massage therapist. Your biggest reminder to do is to let her know completely what areas you need to have worked. Being a massage therapist myself We need to hear from our clients to give you the best treatment that you need that day and it changes from time to time. Kelly is very attuned to the body. I first met Kelly at my place of work. She was brought in to do 10 minute massages for health and well-being of the company’s employees. I needed more! I must say over the years I have recieved alot of massages and wellness tips from other therapist and Kelly, from my humble opinion, is the very best at what she does. When she gives you a massage she seems to operate like a physician, understanding how your muscles and skeletal alignment aresupposed to operate and how blood should flow; making all the right adjustments. I am a dental hygienist, which is very hard on the back, neck and shoulders. I finally sought out help. I chose Kelly based on her experience and could not be more pleased. I had such limited range of motion, was in constant pain, having to take ibuprofen 3 times a day and Kelly brought me out of that. It took a little time because of how tight and locked up I was but she definitely knows what she’s doing and I feel SO much better!!!
