Great office, friendly staff! I was in and out when I went to get my benefits updated. It is a little bit of a drive to this office for me but I will still continue to go there. Amazing breastfeeding support as well!

WIC- my son was born drinking a certain formula from the hospital, WIC covered it until at his 4 month appointment they abruptly stopped covering it. Then he got sick on the formula they switched it too, so my Dr prescribed him back on the original formula, and they still will not cover it. I am very unhappy. They should have never changed it.

Wish they would have kept this office in the city of butler and not behind the mall it makes it so hard to get to for people that don’t have a ride and can’t drive due to disabilities other than that the staff are wonderful
