First of all "Kim" you are a nurse there which should include you to hear me/ help me not tell me I'm not on your to do list!! Second there's no direct number to call to this office it's a call center that takes messages only... Third, I been calling two days now, left 5 messages and still no answer, reply or MY PAIN MEDS! WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS?!!! Not to mention you go in for a appointment you wait an hour in waiting room, another 1-2 in back in the actual room... This place needs to be shut down! 😤😡🤬👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Worst place to go!!! Not only do you wait an hour to see the doctor, but the doctor (Wenstrup) doesn’t take you seriously, talks to you like you’re a toddler, and doesn’t listen to you. His PA’s are the ones that actually listened to me, and finally found the root of my problems, which was stomach ulcers forming, and Wenstrup prescribed me psych meds, cause he thought I was crazy. If you can, stay far away from this place, you’ll only be left dissatisfied like me.

Called to schedule an appointment and spoke with the operator Wendy, her tone was super condescending. I don’t know why they make you feel like that when you are calling the doctors office to get better. People who suffer from anxiety and other mental illness call, and they need to improve on the way they interact or don’t work at all with the public. Especially where most of their patients are low income.

If you all don't like it here? You can always have the incompetent care with Golden Valley Health Care, they take the same insurance. My dr just transferred here, and she's the best, Dr. Lori Doyle, she's awesome..she transferred over 7/1/24. Golden Valley took over the office on Paradise.
I'll review again after my appt July 9, 2024.....

Sometimes you have to wait four hrs. They over book! They say the drs have 24-48 sometimes 72 hrs. I’m really sick with something that needs attention yesterday. I’ve been waiting four weeks for a referral. Nowtheir phones don’t work. I was told in the past a dry patch of skin was season change. It ended up being cancer. I ended up with 75 stitches between my eyes. I now have a disease that needs treatment asap like I said I’ve been waiting four weeks. The ER has seen me more than these drs. The ER dr is mad and said what’s wrong with these ppl? You need a specialist right away. Hurry up and wait!

Please do not come to this drs office. You have 3 hour minimum wait times just to see a dr that rushes you. For the last year they have sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy even though I've changed it in person, and thru phone calls countless times. They have canceled my last 3 appts the day before and now are withholding my anxiety medications because I haven't had an appt. My dr, who I had for over 5 years up and quit and no one told me. I came and asked for help for a personal issue and a different dr literally laughed in my face. The call center they use takes a minimum of 45 minutes to answer, I even was on hold for 2.5 hours before. The nurses are rude and there is zero accountability. Save yourself tears and stress and go elsewhere.

Whew ok so I have been going here for over 8 yrs and at first I had zero issues. However this past yr it seems as though the entire office staff has been turned over and they are now rude, dismissive, short tempered etc. call times are long, they call leave you a message, you return that call and they question you about wether you really received a message because there aren’t “any notes” of phone calls on file. They speak to you as if you are stupid and don’t understand anything. If I could go someplace else I definitely would.

I will start off and say I first read reviews when choosing my Dr here. Besides the phone line being difficult to get through (I've been lucky with 5mins to a definite over hour wait) However the Office staff, Nurses and Dr's are kind, caring and attentive. I see Dr. Grover here and he is very informative and personable. Yes, he has a lot of patients and can be very quick but if you advocate for yourself and ask to speak with him longer it doesn't fall on deaf ears. I have a high-risk pregnancy and I have had a great experience with my level of care. Veronica here is so friendly and she seriously helped me out in the first trimester. The wait isn't that long, but I have waited about 30mins+ on the busy days at different times. They also have new meds completing their residency, but the Nurses will ask you if you're comfortable with that or not initially. I myself have never had a problem since they go over the information with the Dr. and the Dr speaks with you shortly after. My son enjoyed visiting here when coming to my weekly shot & prenatal appointments, Nurse April was always friendly and careful when giving me my shots. I definitely recommend being treated here. Gave 4 stars since the phone lines are insane. 😊
Dr Phan & Dr Boone are really great.

Things have progressively changed and not for the better. I know there are good people here who do enjoy helping people, however the Non-Ob side is lacking. There are great Nurses here but some really need to learn to handle themselves better. Speaking to me as if to shame me for missing appointments that I did attend, for what purpose other than push blame. Regardless of whatever you're going through have better bedside manners or just be better with patients. It takes a lot for me to be this negative because I've had positive experiences here, however it's so discouraging to have to feel the need to explain yourself while trying to get proper care.
