Dr. Ramin is so caring, makes you feel like your case is top priority to him. He is super intelligent and very experienced. I have no doubt my upcoming surgery will turn out perfect. Had kidney stone issue, I live 3 hours away and I needed to get in as soon as possible and they made an appointment for 3 days later. Dr.Ramin a very friendly , cheerful and experience doctor/ surgeon ( urologist) I had my partial nephrectomy surgery by Dr Ramin and his team. I was very happy and the healing process was faster than i thought. I already had two surgeries in the past, and now i am experiencing this third one better. Even though Dr Ramin a very busy doctor, he listens to all our problems and gives us enough time to discuss the problems. STAFF IS RUDE,RACISTS, AND DISMISSIVE!!!! MY SISTER INLAW CALLED TO CHECK IN ON HER MOTHER AND THE STAFF WAS TALKING DOWN TO HER REFUSE TO HELP HER AND ONLY FOR THEM TO SAY WE CANT UNDERSTAND YOU. DO YOU HAVE A PERSON WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH? YOUR ACCENT IS NOT UNDERSTANDABLE. WE THEN HAD HER FAMILY MEDICINE DOC OFFICE TO GET RESULTS AND THEY REFUSED TO SEND THINGS OVER AND THEN AFTER THE 3RD DAY CALLING THEY TOLD US RESULTS WERE NOT EVEN READY. RECORDS DEPARMENT AND FRONT DESK ARE TRASH. TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES ELSE WHERE
