Visited there last June 2024 during the launch of Paddington Bear scent which has a nice come on display. Unfortunately, the sales person was not clear as to what comes from your purchase and we were led to believe that we'd get a few complimentary items along with the engraving service. Nice fragrance but the service sort of ruined the experience. We were though added to a mailing list for any upcoming events related to the fragrance but are very much doubtful it would amount to anything. Buyer's beware.

The perfumes are amazing, but i order in-store pick up and they gave everything wrong. I would not go back just to return the promotion samples the maybe in the future I would of have bought them, just because parking in the mall is the worst.

100% pleasant browsing and shopping experience. Store layout is simple and intuitive, and of course their scents are all amazing. The store associate Kitty was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I absolutely love how neatly she packaged up my purchase with a beautiful ribbon on the bag.

Last weekend Century City Jo Malone store hosted a pre-sale event for their customers. I visit this store regularly when I need a special gift or when I want to buy a new beautifully smelling perfume or other products for myself.
Cherry, the store Manager assistant helped me with my pre-sale order. She provided me with high end service, making me feel very special. My friend, who received the present, loved her candle ! Thank you Cherry ! NP

When my daughter came inside of the store one of the employees told her, “Based on how you look, you’re not our client” My daughter called me right after telling how she felt so confused and mad. This is very unprofessional for a store like that. I find it very disrespectful and rude. I hope no one gets the experience we got.

Rude, arrogant, and unhelpful employees.

Came in and asked for a sample of the pear and freesia cologne I ordered but would not get in time for my upcoming trip. Was told by the male employee that he doesn't have any, rhat I need to buy something to get one, and that he will not make me a sample because he's busy with other things (the store was empty).

After he left, I asked the female employee, as the man basically refused to help me. She unwillingly provided me with a sample of another fragrance and told me that I have an attitude.

I stopped by Nordstrom's to replace this most unpleasant experience and was helped by a wonderful employee at their Jo Malone counter who not only gave me several samples, but showed me that good customer service still exists, just not at Jo Malone Century City.

Excellent customer service, they have a huge variety of sense, and you can have your bottle engraved with your name. Cachet was super helpful in helping me pick a scent, and gave me some great advice on combining scents

I had a such a beautiful experience at Jo Malone century city with Michelle, the store manager. She had so much knowledge about the scent and she knew exactly what I wanted in perfume. She had several layering recommendations which I really loved. Thank you Michelle for being wonderful!!!
