I had a gastric bypass surgery on March 20 2023. It was the greatest experience ever. I had the best team of nurses. They all wished together to get prep and ready to go. The place was beautiful, cleaned, and felt so relaxing.
Dr. Ma did an excellent job. Thank you to all the staff for helping me get through this new journey.

Today almost 2 years later I find myself back in this very friendly, beautiful place, But now for a different situation. I was taken by ambulance to fresno community hospital because I experienced some excruciating pain in my abdomen. I came to find out I had a huge gall stone that had really upset my gall bladder. I told them I had the weight loss and so they called FHSC and determined that my best best was to be transferred over here. I got here and what a heck of a difference peaceful and things happened fast. I am now recovering and should be going home soon. Best experience ever! great staff! Fabulous building! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Rock Star Doctor got me in for extreme edema. The check in was easy peasy, the receptionist was super friendly. The nurses during my stay were awesome, friendly and courteous. Explaining what was being done and answering any question I had. The doctors were also awesome in letting me know what path my care was headed and kept updating me on what’s going on. Definitely recommend this hospital.

I came here on 08/17/22 to get a COVID-19 test for my upcoming 💔 Heart Surgery on 08/19/22 at 1pm but I got here a little after that time but it was to be at 3:30pm but they got me in earlier so it was great! & Dr. Palaniswamy & his team was so freaking awesome!!! From the beginning to the end the check in was very fast & quick & the nurses that did the preparation work (checking vitals to shaving off the hair on me to getting me ready & dressed) & the meeting of the Anesthesia specialist that explained to me everything first before the surgery & another male nurse that help take me into the "Operating Room" it was great & everyone was so professional & caring & they all did their jobs very well & excellent!!! So I stayed overnight & the "ROOM" was very quiet & peaceful & it had everything you could want there was a nice view out of the 🌞🌳window & a restroom with a 🚿 shower & a 🚽 & the bed was just right & a new 📺 TV with movies & music on it & so much more to watch! & so I got a breakfast the next day & a lunch also the food was very delicious & yummy!!! 😋 THANK YOU to all of the kitchen staff & to everyone else you made my stay very pleasant & may "God Bless" you all & your families for doing what you do here at Fresno Heart & Surgical Hospital Amen!!!🙏 & what a Great Job! 👨👍 💯%+ & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s which is never enough!!!

I had an issue with a twisted intestine and spent 10 days in Fresno Surgical. They eventually had to a surgical procedure when all attempts at a natural remedy failed. I almost hated to get discharged after all of the 1st class treatment I received.

First I would like to I had surgery at this fine hospital. This was the most amazing experience I could probably have. I had an amazing nurse who came in every hour and checked up on me. He also came in the next day and was allocated to a different section on the same floor. He took 30 seconds to check in on me. That 30 seconds to say hey how are you makes you feel like you're not just another patient but family. The rooms are nice and the food is amazing. A chief comes to your room and asks you what you want to eat and gives you a verity of different options. 5/5 *

My mother is deadly allergic to citrus acid, is written all in her chart and files, and the very first thing they gave her to eat after surgery was a popsicle and jello which both had citrus acid in it. She had an allergic reaction immediately and had to be treated. I went to the hospital and there response was the system went down and the kitchen went off on there own. I'm so angry that this could have happened and it could have been her life. Unacceptable.

I would like to give a shout out to all the at Fresno heart surgical. My wife, Vicky orez had surgery on Monday. Everything and everyone was great. But I would like to get a special shout out to John backland who was the night R? N for my wife in Room 304. The gentleman went above and beyond his duties to help my wife. Fresno heart surgery needs to have more people like Kim working there on behalf of my femily and my wife. We would like to send a special thanks to John for his hard and dedicated work. Thank you
