Just wanted to thank Christi and Diana of Fresno CA for working with me on 10/9/24 I called about a walker and they got to work with helping me find out why I haven't gotten it yet. I love it when my concerns are important to the people I call and ask for help. Keep up the good work ladies thanks

Bad company the worse of the worse.. my son is 31 yrs old . every 5 years he had a new wheelchair. He is completely disabled (like 2 mths old baby) he depends on his wheelchair 100%. We always have an excellent service and an "AMAZING" wheelchair for my son very very happy in the past 30 years. BUT this time with this company California home medical completely garbage wheelchair is like .. I don't really have words to explain is very uncomfortable for my son I beign told that's the only material they work with.. and every time I called for updates they always told me is delayed Because of the pandemic 😅😂😂we are on 2024. Pandemic was 2020 four yrs ago,🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ That's the answered for me every single time. it took more than a year to have the chair for my son and like I said the worse/ garbage they do what they want not what my son needs. Now I have to use the old chair for my son for the next 5 years to go definitely with other company.. I don't want to deal with this company anymore. like I said I always called for updates dates. If it was for them I'm still waiting for them
to Call me .. to sad that people only work for the check$ and not for the decire to help people like my son. for family like us . Life is been so difficult with a son with disabilitys .but with company or people like them is more difficult. Bad bad bad service 👎👎I even have to called my son. Insurance and they took over the problem
