Nice place and all. But there's hardly anyone here and we've waited an hr already, only to hear that 2 other ppl in the waiting room are here for the same appointment at the same time! Double booked w no one here . Wth

So I was a patient of Tiara there, only briefly, and for sure not again. She legit said “Sometimes we have pain & have to just deal with it. I wish I had a magic wand to fix you with.” I demanded more tests be done because 8+ hours of debilitating pain was highly unusual for me.

Thankfully the requested ultrasound was ordered because the ultrasound showed that I had impacted gallstones. A surgeon squeezed me in within an hour of my ultrasound to schedule immediately. He was amazed that I was up walking around with the pain he knew I had to be in.

Someone should tell her it doesn’t take a magic wand just some utilization of her degree and competency.

But hey maybe it was stress! I must be just a whiny hysterical person who can’t tolerate a little pain. 🙄

3/5⭐️ because I actually do like the mental health and dental section of this group. They are always compassionate, helpful and just really great in my experience over the years.

I love this 'place' because of the people. They are genuinely nice and caring. I feel I am getting better treatment than I have in years The practitioner I am lucky enough to see (Evelyn Oxenford N.P.) takes the time to deal with the person not just the problem. I even got a hug I didn't know I needed, but it worked wonders! Plus the entire staff is upbeat and efficient. I'm happy!

Now when you call Hill Country. The dental side will hang up on you if they don't have any openings for any appointments! No goodbye. Nothing. Just hangs up on you! Amy is her name!1013am on October 23 2023

I would seriously probably be in a very dark place if I hadn't herd of hill country. Been a client 5 years now and it's just unbelievable service there. Granted they know me and the family very well now but when I have an urgent matter I'm usually in pretty quick. The staff is like family and we love them dearly. Thank you to every person there in round mtn. - the Provence family.

Love my doctor, staff always friendly when you are in office. But....they NEVER answer the phone! Never! I have called 50+ times, and left 5+ messages in a day trying to get test results. Several times. Extremely frustrating!

I will definitely miss Dr. Tiara who was my provider in Redding, she was amazing. She helped get me this far even being 5hrs away from her with all my leg and back issues. Without her I wouldn’t of known I had a serious condition called Factor 5. I am also going to miss the ladies at Hill Country Clinic Front Desk on Gold and Lake Street as anytime I called to see Dr. Tiara they made sure to get me on schedule right away and a messaged Dr. Tiara right away. I am glad that I have a new provider who is just like her.

If I didn’t have to move I would’ve stayed with her for as long as I could.

The dental department is terrible! They refused to set me an appointment and had me instead call every Monday at 830am for month in hopes for a cancellation.I call this Monday and they tell me I am now considered a new patient and they are not accepting new patients!!! Really?!
