I have recently been referred to All-Inclusive Community Health Center. Everything has been smooth as far as physician seeing me on time, taking my blood on site, and the nurse taking me in before appointment to do the checkup. In fact, my nurse was the same person twice, Julia Ghazarian, and she has been so kind and helpful. She is very welcoming, reassuring, and does all the measurements in a timely manner. So far I’m very satisfied with my experience.

So many bad things to say.
1. The waiting room was dirty with trash and food on the floor. The chairs smelled like old urine and it just felt like a very ghetto location. Which is surprising for Burbank.

2. The office staff is also incompetent. I showed up for my child's appointment early and an hour and a half later they still had my 4 year old waiting. Patients that arrived hours after us were being seen. Turns out the front desk never even checked us in despite having us fill out forms, and the doctor wasn't even aware we'd been waiting for nearly two hours. When I approached the front desk about this, no apology was offered for their mistake. They asked that I keep waiting or come back another day. Again, this is a toddler here. Their patience has limits even on the best of days. When I said we were leaving the office staff just raised their eyebrows and made negative expressions. Just bad overall attitude and not once did anyone apologize for wasting our time. I would NOT recommend this dirty, unprofessional clinic to anyone.

I recently had my first appt at Allied Health (Burbank), and I was blown away by the professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness of the entire staff. From the lady who helped me at the check-in desk (I forgot her name, but she was lovely!) to the employee who did my blood exam, everyone was so informative and ready to put any worries I had at ease. Huge shout-out to my amazing nurse Julia Ghazarian! She was so lovely from the jump and was so communicative and efficient, while still helping me feel comfortable in a new office and calm during stressful moments (like an EKG exam). She was incredible, and I can tell she really cares about her work and her patients. And I’m so grateful for my new physician, Vilma Diaz. She took ample time to listen to all of my questions and concerns, and she didn’t dismiss anything I said, which I sincerely appreciated. She is so knowledgeable and smart, and she has an impeccable bedside manner. I’m so grateful to have met her!

And office-wise, I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room at all. I got in quickly, which I was thankful for. I had an appointment for right when they opened on a Monday morning, and already the place was bustling, yet the staff remained calm and collected. By the time I left, it was even more packed in the waiting room, so my advice would be to try to make an appointment in advance if you can.

I was admittedly hesitant/stressed before my appointment, because I recently had to switch physicians because of a health insurance change, and I was skeptical that I could find a good physician’s office with what new my insurance offered. But I’m so happy to report that none of my worries came to fruition. This is a wonderful place, filled with people who care about their work and making a difference in patients’ lives. I’ve already scheduled my follow-up appointment, and I’m telling all my friends and family about Allied Health Burbank too.

This was my first visit to all-inclusive as my primary care physician. I must say I am impressed. Everyone was not only nice and helpful but also professionals in their areas. I was seen by a nurse, a great doctor and a professional for blood tests and the like. They were very thorough in their questioning, examination and record taking. I will be back in 72 hours with some tests. It is very accommodating for me, as a patient, that they can do everything needed right there with true professionals in their areas and not with representatives that take information. So far so great.

I’ve been here for like 3-4 yrs and every time I come here is very clean, courteous and friendly staff. I don’t know why it has such a low rating! My Dr. Shiloba I think that’s how it’s spelled, she is such a wonderful and caring doctor she takes her time to take care of you and ask how you are doing. Will be here until I move away…the only complaint is the AC it gets hot in there but the rest is awesome!

All-Inclusive Community Health Center is a fantastic resource for families, especially new immigrants. Their vaccination services for children are top-notch. We were so impressed with the care and support provided by Kristina Stepanian. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

This clinic's lab opens only every other Saturday. Can't make it during Monday - Friday.
I drove an hour and fasted from food, only to get there an told the lab person called in sick. Should they not have a back up?

The clinic is good, but the very big minus is that you have to wait a very long time for an appointment, but otherwise everything is fine, thanks to the operator Herman, he kindly helps to solve problems
