My mom’s blood pressure suddenly spiked so I called the clinic and I was able to make the same day appointment for them to see her. They made sure everything was fine and they took care of her really well.

I followed my primary care nurse practitioner Dr.Danielle Gordon, she’s so kind and friendly very knowledgeable. Dr.Gordon changed my life with assisting with my weight loss. Which led to me having a baby. I’ll always thank her for that. I recently came for a follow up I was in pain and Dr. Gordon wasn’t available but the staff was so helpful to have me be seen by Dr.Monica. Dr.Monica was very friendly and kind. The medical assistances are all so friendly. The office is always clean and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone searching for a primary care office to go to IWC!

For most of my life I really haven't particularly liked going to the Doctors office and I used to take a little joy in not following their directions (unless I was super sick).

I've noticed that when I ask a question Danielle Gordon N.P. ( I like to call her Doc), Doc Gordon stops what she's doing and turns and listens to and responds to all to everything I ask/say. I wish I could say that I'm accustomed to being listened to over the years and frankly most doctors I've visited do listen . . . Doc Gordon however, listens and she responds as someone who really does cares. . . which makes it easy to follow her directions!!!

On my first visit to IWC Primary Care, I was greeted on time, and met all team members during my appointment. Each one was kind, respectful and very thorough, allowing me all the time I needed to present my concerns. They appear to have the latest technology, including amazing audio-visual education aids in the exam rooms. I appreciate Dr. Afflalo's holistic, integrative approach to care, and her focus on wellness. My second visit was a labs follow-up. I had to wait a while in the exam room and was getting impatient. Then an aid came in, explained that they were running behind, apologized for the wait and offered me water. What more can you ask for? The doctor arrived shortly afterwards and couldn't have been more empathetic, professional and competent. Dr. Afflalo and her caring staff are definitely worth waiting for.

Best doctor I've ever had- NP Danielle is the first doctor to make me not feel like I'm crazy. She listens respectfully to my (long list) of concerns and works really hard to put the puzzle pieces together. I feel like after so many years of trying to get doctors to hear me and help me that I'm actually going to get to the bottom of what's going on because of the work she's doing. I have also seen other doctors at IWC for last minute visits and everyone is great. Doctors and staff here are all top tier humans.

As an experienced insurance broker, I have had the priviledge of knowing and working with many primary care (PCP) offices. A little over a month ago, I was introduced to the team at this location through a colleague of mine, and I left extremely impressed.

In summary, I firmly believe that if all PCP offices did even half of the things that this office does, the industry as a whole would be in a much better place. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking outstanding primary care.
