Except for the generous and kind manager at their Carson office, this company isn't super at all.
One day a week O2 delivery means I must go get my spouse's tanks exchanged my self should he run out before the next delivery and driving 18 miles round trip to an industrial area where the business sits behind a large fence with no sign or other way to know if they are actually located at that address.
I was promised a customer service call from a woman called Jennifer at the SuperCare office this morning
It's now 930 pm no call

Their customer service is mediocre at best and the rep answering the phone has to transfer u to a different dept to answer questions. Hard to get a straight answer from them. They promised an email sent to me with all my appointment information and I did not receive it till I called them. They blamed thier software that it only sends out reminders a few days before the appointment. I had no idea what time or where to go, just the day. Very frustrated with them. I'm trying to convince my doctor not to use them for medical equipment.

delivery guy was great but trying to get a straight answer without being sent to an other dept by phone, or having to call another company they have no info on, then find out from said company they didn't receive fax from super care so having to call back and wait again because nobody answers the phone when ur on HOLD while my mother suffers in wait...."super?" nope.
