My wife was told yesterday to come pick up a wheel chair today. She made the hour long drive today and arrived during the advertised business hours. When she got there the place was closed. No note on door. Nothing. This is around noon. She waited there for close to an hour. Nothing. Now mother in law has to suffer longer than she needs due to no wheelchair. And we still have to make drive again. If you are going to be closed, don't ask us to drive up there and at least have the decency to put up a sign why you are closed.

Yesterday, October 18, 2021, I visited the Merlin Medical Supply Company in Camarillo CA. I found this company online, by looking up medical supply companies.
Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by a staff member, and inquired how they could assist me. This was the first time, I have ever gone to a Medical Supply Company, and I was anxious about the things that I might need to be in my home after surgery.

Isaac Perez, the Manager patiently asked and explained to me all of the equipment that I might need. He suggested certain things, and adjusted them to assist me, and feel comfortable.
I am having Ankle tendon repair surgery on my right ankle, I will only be able to put my weight on my left leg. In addition, both of my knee joints, (one at a time) will be replaced. Needless to say, I am on shaky ground for myself.

I tried numerous products for mobility and asked about my personal care necessities He answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns.

I tried : a scooter, a wheelchair, some personal items that I asked for, a shower chair, and different types of walkers. Numerous, and I mean numerous times, I kept repeatedly trying each and every
one of the aids. I really needed things that I could use to help me . He understood my anxiety and many concerns. He knew what I would need to be able to balance only using my left leg. He was concerned for my safety, stability, and effectiveness of using these items without causing me problems.

In addition, He was very knowledgeable about what forms and prescriptions that I would need to provide him with, so he would be able to process my prescription through Medicare and possibly using my Supplemental Health Insurance.

He explained what information that he would need to receive from my Doctor to submit to Medicare. He gave me the form that my Doctor would need to fill out and sign and directly fax it to them . He would process it to Medicare.

He told me to call their company anytime after my surgery ,about any question that I might have, and that they would always be there for me.

I left there, feeling so happy and so relieved. that I had chosen Merlin Medical Supply Company for these items. They were the best in customer service and knowledge The equipment that they had on display, and all of their numerous products were amazing . The products they carry are excellent in quality, durability, and design for effective use

This Place has been around longer than you may think. They provide a service that is in demand in this town. Helping the elderly is not always high on some business owners list. Merlins has loads of things you might need for the everyday use and if he doesn't have it, he'll order it. Great store, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Do you need medical supplies? Go here 1st
