On Wednesday, asked for meds to be delivered Friday. I let the person know that I was going to run out soon, that Saturday would be my last dose. The message didn't register because my meds were never delivered and I received no call about it. This has happened on two other occasions. I will be seeking business elsewhere.

The staff at Westside have been such a pleasant experience after dealing with Rite Aid and CVS for the past several years. They have always gone beyond the call to deliver our prescriptions on time, every time. The store is adorable with special well displayed retail items.

Judy was so friendly and helpful. We needed to rent a wheelchair last minute and it was very easy and extremely reasonably priced. If you’re looking for wheelchair rental I would highly recommend. The inside of the store is also very clean and has lots of stuff you would expect to find in a pharmacy.

Parking is a nightmare (I think only a total of 4 regular parking spots), but otherwise a great independent pharmacy. Very kind and helpful.

I love to support local business, especially pharmacies, but I have gotten fairly poor customer service overall. I moved from Salinas and every time I come to Westside Pharmacy I wish it was Sherman’s. The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 2 is because of the young man that helped me on the morning of March 6. I wish I would have gotten his name for this review! He was so pleasant and welcoming and took care of something that had been an issue every time I went to pick up my medications. I have to go to the pharmacy at least once a month so it’s nice to see friendly faces and if the rest of the front end staff had his demeanor it would make a world of difference.

The pharmacy is pretty but the store its self is pretty awesome. I was told it was ready they just need my insurance cards, so I drove down there, and gave them my cards n then they tell me that it's not available. Three stars are for the store. The pharmacy would get nothing.
