I’ve been going to Seek Health for chiropractic work and sauna for the last two years and I highly recommend them.

Dr Jude is an excellent chiropractor. He combines soft tissue work with his adjustments which I’ve found really increases their effectiveness. His size and strength are a huge asset as well, I’ve had a lot of adjustments over the years and his have a unique feeling to them that I really appreciate. I haven’t had the chance to work with Dr. Mackenzie but I can say that her positive energy is infectious.

Seek health is a great asset for Carpinteria, do yourself a favor and check them out.

Seek Health is such a wonderful addition to Carpinteria! Dr. Jude Hockel and Dr. McKenzie Cervini are extremely friendly and professional.
Dr. Jude has turned Active Release Technique (ART) into an art form! He tailors his treatments to my current needs.
He has helped me immensely with my back (sacroiliac and hip) issues, and more recently with a strained arm muscle. His explanations and between visit tips are very clear and helpful. ART is not available with other chiropractors in town and makes all the difference. They also offer laser light therapy.
Kristin is an amazing massage therapist.
I also had a yummy and relaxing sound healing session with Tamara Monosoff and can’t wait until she returns in the fall!
I have yet to try the sauna or yoga classes, but no doubt they are also stellar.

I strained a couple of my ribs when my sweet, albeit massive, golden retriever pulled me unexpectedly. Mackenzie gently and effectively got me back into shape in no time. I loved the additional modalities she used in addition to traditional chiropractic work such as a laser and cupping. I highly recommend her!

These doctors are magic, both equally talented to find the root of the problem and execute the proper treatment. I struggled with this injury for 4 months, trying to fix the problem, Dr Jude fixed me in the afternoon. I walked out a different person! After 3 visits, I was out of pain and moving normally again believing that I could have my strength back!
I had a female issue so I saw Dr. McKenzie, I was pleasantly surprised in her knowledge, she gave me some exercises that completely changed my situation!
I’m so excited they have chosen our community to help us through our aches and pains!

Just had the most incredible massage at Seek Heath! The place itself is spotless and so inviting. They got me right in, and the massage therapist was fantastic. They asked about any trouble spots, and for me, it's always been tight hips and shoulders.

This therapist clearly knew their stuff! They worked wonders on my strained muscles, all while making sure I felt totally comfortable. I even learned a few things about my own body during the massage, which was a cool bonus. By the end, I felt like a whole new person – loose, relaxed, and ready to take on the world! Seriously can't recommend Seek Health enough.

I love that I found this new chiropractor. Dr Cervini did a great job adjusting me. I always have lower back issues but left there feeling 100% better. The clinic is clean, new and Dr Cervini was very friendly and knew what she was doing. I’ll definitely be back there again.

Erin’s massage is like none other, and is absolutely exquisite! Erin closes her eyes, and listens through her hands, as to how to proceed. We will be forever clients!
Both my husband & I hold this opinion, as does our daughter-in-law.
I want to explain that normally I get soft, while my husband gets deep tissue. Our daughter-in-law8 months+ pregnant. She came home looking soooo relaxed, so refreshed, and so very glad for Erin’s massage.

Dr. Cervini is the best! I went to her because I was having strange dizziness / vertigo that my primary care physician could not figure out. Dr. Cervini figured it out in the first appointment and got me the care and resources I needed. After only a few months I feel like my old self again. I appreciate her and the Seek Health team!
