Supper great staff! Receptionists always greet you nice with a smile. Always talk nice to my kids. Dr’s are the best! They ALWAYS have same day appointments or next day. Never a week out. In n out visits no waiting game. Love love love !

Just spoke with Morgan one of the receptionist and I will just say great experience. It’s so nice when you call somewhere and you get the feeling that not only do they care but they also really want to help you find a solution to your problem. I haven’t always felt this way with prior experiences at dignity health but today Morgan was awesome and went above and beyond to help me. If you see this thank you for being so kind and helpful!!!

We politely called to let them know we were running a few minutes late at 1:19 when our appointment was at 1:15. The receptionist told us they have a strict 7 minute late cancellation policy, which we found to be incredibly strange and unheard of, but we said we were 2 minutes away. We rolled up at 1:22, my wife rushed out to the receptionist, and she said she had already “no showed” our appointment and we were too late. What? She claimed her clock read 1:23 when we arrived, so she entered a no show and refuse us service (remember we just called them telling them we’re coming). We asked for a manager, conveniently not in the office, and after strongly asserting the ridiculousness of such a policy at a pediatricians office serving chaotic families, pointing out that there’s multiple waiting rooms prior to seeing a doctor, and the straight up craziness of a receptionist who had nothing better to do than to stare at the clock on a computer to deny a client an appointment as they are parking so they can tell them, “it’s 1:23, you’re eight minutes late, are you aware of our 7 minute late policy?” This all happened as the staff scoffed and groaned in the background in response to our surprise and disappointment. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone told that poor receptionist she had to do it.

This place is seriously mismanaged. Though the young man who we spoke with was very professional and nice.

My kid got in to see the doctor, but only because someone, who seemed to be the office manager, magically appeared from a door 4 feet from me and said the doctor can actually see my son. What a fiasco! I had to leave because the whole thing was such a stupid waste of time. They could have just admitted us at the start.

Extremely rude receptionist. She hung up the phone on me. I have done exactly what they told me to set a new patient appointment. I explained it and she declined to help me. I said I guess you don’t want new patients, if you don’t want to see my kids I’ll go somewhere else. She said OK. And hung up the phone.

By far the worst urgent care I’ve ever experienced. Super impatient and uneducated, like saying I’m not contagious if I don’t have a fever. Prescribed me something random and irrelevant to my condition. Didn’t take my concerns seriously.

My children have been going to the pediatric office here for 7 years. We continued coming here even after moving to the Monterey area because the drs and staff were always great. Over the last year the service and appointment availability has decreased. After waiting months for an appt we get there only to be turned away because my daughter had a runny nose. My daughter always has a runny nose but we were told we would have to reschedule for December, 3 months away. Sadly we will not be returning. We will find a peds Dr at montage instead.

sitting on hold. 10 minutes so far. this is my second experience with this clinic and i am not impressed so far.
the first visit exacerbated the condition my grandson went there for. earwax. they attempted to irrigate his ear and after 20-30 unsuccessful minutes, we left to go to the pharmacy to get the prescription for the ear drops that was supposed to have been called in. It was not. The office was closed and could not be reached. spent 30 minutes at the pharmacy trying to reach the on call doctor to approve the prescription.
we still have the ear problem and would like to see an ENT doctor. Can not without a referral.
