I absolutely love Be Well IV in my hometown of Capitola , This place Specializes IV hydration services and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Getting older is so much fun! I'm being slightly sarcastic. BeWellIV has been my weekly go-to for a few months now. The staff is fabulous, very professional and they take time to explain their various services. I am FINALLY sleeping better and my workouts have improved a lot. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to improve their health and overall well-being.

Felt great after my immune-boosting IV. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Nurse Gabi inserted my IV and it did not hurt at all. The music was mellow and the chairs are very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Convenient location with easy parking too. Will definitely come back to experience some of the other interesting IV blends and peptides.

I contacted them with a question (they never called me back or emailed me back after several attempts) about one of the injections they offer called Tirzepatide. I was excited to try this because it can help with weight loss. However, something I had recently read in the news, made me question whether they had the real deal. A news release from the manufacturer of this drug just came out recently. I have it quoted below.

“Lilly is the only lawful supplier of FDA-approved tirzepatide medicines—Mounjaro® and Zepbound®—and does not provide tirzepatide (the active ingredient in Mounjaro® and Zepbound®) to compounding pharmacies, med-spas, wellness centers, online retailers, or other manufacturers. Lilly does not know where compounding pharmacies or other sellers are obtaining the tirzepatide active ingredient they are selling.”

Because they never called me back or emailed me back, I don’t know what to think.

I found their lack of response to be telling.

Why so secretive? Why not be honest? If someone had a simple question about what you’re putting in their bodies, why not answer it?

I am also wondering how are they able to advertise that they have this available if the drug company is saying what they’re saying? Makes me nervous and it is hard to trust them. I had been there before for B12 injections but after this experience and lack of response, I will not be returning.

I forget the name of who helped me but she was so compassionate and caring. I've had a very very ruff recovery from a surgery and she went above and beyond to help me, set me up with bpc-157, helped explain how to use it, just a good person who was kind in my time of need.Thank you!
