My wife and I have been with Dr. Low for almost a year. Coming from Kaiser it was a night and day experience in a good way. He listened to me talk about my concerns and suggested/authorized treatment/referrals I didn't even have to ask for. His staff is friendly and helpful and communication is good. I've never had trouble getting medication or authorization for treatment from him. He doesn't charge copays. I wish they were open during lunch but with a small office it's understandable.

Dr. Low is by far the best primary physician I have ever had. What makes this office so special is that not only does my Dr care, but the whole office does. The ladies that run the desk are always kind and efficient. I never have to call them over and over again. They not only call me back in a timely manner, but they call back with the resolve of my reason of calling. I gave them ? %. Five stars just is not enough. Thank you, ladies and Dr. Low for caring about your patience. Dealing with chronic issues and countless surgeries is hard enough. You make it easy.

Dr. Low used Wikipedia to research a health complication I was having (his computer was in plain view while I sat in his office) and then prescribed what I was later told by another doctor was an inappropriate, ineffective medication to treat it. As a result, my condition worsened until I decided it was time for a second opinion.
