Worst possible place to ever get your supplies. Had one rep argue with me over my request which was very simple. In order to upgrade my pump I needed the next CGM. The rep kept asking if I was going to use the new CGM with my last order of sensors which can only be used with my older version of the CGM. After arguing with me that I only needed the transmitter to upgrade the pump and I would wait for my next order request date, the agent continued to not understand. I had requested 3 times on the phone to speak to a supervisor and she continued to argue with me till I hung up. This company sucks at keeping accurate notations about requests sent in by doctors regarding orders. It also feels like the reps they have there do not understand at all what you are asking, or they put you on hold for 5 minutes at a time at least 10 times during your call to ask someone else how to process your request. I am looking for a different supplier that will actually understand what I am asking without arguing with me over what has been requested or lying to my doctor about my request being denied cause they could not get a hold of me (never received a damn call each time).

If I could give them 0 stars I would gladly do so. I do not recommend getting your medical supplies from this company. There is no communication between their departments. Their billing department is an outsourced abyss where there is zero compassion or comprehension when people have concerns. Every time I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager because I continued to receive bills and late fees for supplies that my insurance already paid for, I would never be transferred or given a call back as promised. My insurance showed and sent proof that they already paid their portion multiple times and I already paid my copay, yet I continued to receive bills. To all, if your insurance states they are contracted with Solara, please request if you can get your supplies from Byram or Edgepark; their customer service are astronomically better. Solara used to be the company I used to get supplies since I was a child 20 years ago and their service was optimal; not anymore. Solara, be better.

This organization is unacceptable in their practices. I'd rate them a zero if I could. I will never support this company again with all their shell companies. They charged my insurance $8000 for a Dexcom G7. They were paid $6000+ (for a $300 receiver and 6 transmitters that cost approx. $600) and want to bill me $1600 after telling me it cost me NOTHING. I recommend everyone find someone more reputable to receive products from. These people are unscrupulous. They've now turned this $1600 to a collection agency that is contacting me via work. Even the collection company is ridiculous.

I wish I had read the reviews from all of you who rated them a 1.

Negative on every level. READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. I wish I did!
prior to getting my dme from Solara. Very first order they sent me a 30 day box of supplies, book, accessories, etc. I was SUPPOSED to get a 90 day supply and received 30 day supply. I am sure it was invoiced to insurance as 90 days.) I have called multiple times (Hope, Rachel, Geneve, Leo, Clay) and each one told me they needed to check with their shipping department and PROMISED to call me back. Crickets is all I heard. I don’t feel that anyone there has a true grasp on what they are doing. So I need to somehow find 60 days of supplies that insurance won’t pay twice for because they already invoiced insurance for 90 days. Sounds like all customer service staff are working from home from a different country. They refuse to take ACCOUNTABILITY and WILL NOT listen to the customer. CANNOT RATE THEM LOW ENOUGH!

I would rather give Solara 0 stars if possible. They will not correct a insurance billing issue on their end. They are billing me $5,000 DME Deductible for the Dexcom transmitter and the Sensors that are replaced every 90 days. My insurance pays 100% for these items under the Pharmacy benefit. Solara (Adapt Health) refuses to correct the bill. I had to put the account on a payment plan while i tried to figure out the issue with insurance. in the meantime we switched Mail order pharmacies due to issue and have had no problems at all. They even verified that it is covered at 100%. I have attempted to contact Solara for months now and get no one. I have filled out the online contact forms and get no return contact. I had to put a stop payment on the ACH Payment plan since no one will assist me and you can not make corrections to said plan online in the patient portal. I would NOT recommend this company what so ever!

Just the worst, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, if you need your prescription on time this is not the place. They are unresposive and irresposible. They are in the Adapt Health group now which adds an even greater level of frustation. I placed an order for diabetic supplies on the 18th after 10 days I had recieved nothing. I called in, the order had been cancelled with no notice. I reorderred and got a partial shipment. Called back in there was an insurance issue, now a week later still its un resolved. No one can say why none of the phone people know how anything works or who to go to. I came to find out my Medicare D plan had kicked them out of the network and they could no longer bill for what I needed. Screwed up systems, nobody home and the only way to reach them is nearly impossible to use,

Terrible company. Multiple times I have confirmed an order only for it to not get fulfilled. Try to call or text the representative about the issue and they push you off to the unresponsive pharmacy team that never picks up the phone or answers text messages. As of today, September 24, I have not received an order placed back on August 6th.

Update: after finally thinking I got through to these people that they never sent the original order, they finally approve a replacement order. But they still submit it to insurance and insurance denies it so they cancel the order. This company needs to be investigated and shut down.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This company is incompetent. My supplies are always delayed for various reasons, the customer service will never give you an answer as to why your supplies are not being refilled on time. I have had delays on my G6 sensors now for the 3rd time - meaning I have to go without a sensor to connect to my insulin pump. I have made a formal complaint to my Endocrinologist and am in the process of trying to change to another company. Solara you should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm also reporting you to the better business bureau my insurance company as well as the FDA and the State of Florida Health Department. You company is causing patient harm.
